Evening all, anyone missed me? Guessed not. Well I have just tried and given up on catching up with all the posts since yesterday. So a big sloppy hug for everyone, unless you don't want one of course. Been so busy barely had chance to sit down so internet time been out of the question. Only online now as I've ran out of plaster (must get more tomorrow) so have had to stop what I had planned for tonight.

Final move day just days away, Sunday, so much left to do :( it's really starting to worry me but then again I know we've managed to move house in 24 hours before so it's just me being fussy as to how I want it done!

Good news little Matthew is now home for a week, because I still have this cold lingering on I haven't seen him yet but things seem to be going well and keeping in touch.

Been lots of calls aswell today, inc one to Argos who said they'd send the part which was wrong for DS1s bed as soon as it came in stock, well it's been in stock 5 days and they 'must have forgot' pleased I bugged DP to phone them! Megan went for her grooming today and she looks great.

Tomorrow will be much of the same, loads to do

    Dailies
Buy more plaster knew I'd forget  will get it[STRIKE] tonight [/STRIKE]tomorrow:rolleyes:

[strike]Pack kids bag for going to grandparents Saturday night [/strike]clothes sorted need to find a bag:confused:
[STRIKE]Pack up any clothes we won't need before Sunday[/STRIKE]
[strike]As the bathroom is on the list think I will finish emptying that as much as I can, just leave shampoo, deoderant etc out[/strike]
[strike]Put shelving racks in car and take over [/strike]
[strike]Fill car with any more bags/boxes and take over [/strike]
[strike]Take Woody's food over (took him over today) check his tank temperatures etc [/strike]
[STRIKE]Bring back over spanner and, erm, something else which I can't remember what[/STRIKE]remembered after going twice, sander! will get tomorrow

lil_me-great news about little matthew and all the best for the last few days of getting stuff moved! i had noticed you were missing!but it was good practice and there might be other stuff coming up at the same place soonish. so it wasn't a wasted journey.

my meeting got cancelled tonight :D so OH (who is here early for the weekend) and i watched an inspector morse with a couple of beers each. :D he is taking the p*ss out of me for posting on here...

anyway, time for bed i think - it has been a long day!
Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j
  • Well I managed to do dishes before work (actually I cheated slightly and left them draining while I hopped in the shower) so it'll be nice and clean when I get in.

Freaky Friday- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area NOOOOO!!! Not the bathroom

    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms
    Level Two
    Clean baths, toilets and sinks
    Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
    Level Three
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Delete 10 links in your favourites which you no longer use or are dead!
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
Clear a mega hotspot!.. shred it.. and fling it.. or just burn it!
    Extra mission:
Pick whichever you want to attempt:
    • Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
    • Empty and clean out all the upstairs bins! (the proper bins not the rooms that look like bins!)
    • clean the radiators and woodwork in these rooms
    • Get those uniforms, games kits, coats and things in the wash which you will need on Monday (or not if it is half term!!)
    Deep Clean Challenge
Scrub down the dirty marks on the walls in these rooms, and any dirty marks on the walls. When did you last clean 'under the rim'? Get a mirror and check it out.. how gross??? Wash curtains/nets etc. When did you last replace the bath sponges & toothbrushes??

FRIDAY EXTRA - Don't forget your ME time this weekend, even if it's just a nice relaxing bath or going to the pub with Pigpen!! go on you deserve it

Oh well, I need to keep busy in the morning anyway, I finish at 6am and need to collect a letter from the post office at 10.30 (have to leave 24 hours before collecting now!) Then I need to go to bank to pay in the money thats in the letter!
So I think I'll head to Adsa straight from work, then take Shadow for a long walk in the woods (should be light by then). Check car tyres on way back from woods. Clean bathroom, then check oil etc in car as the engine should have cooled by then.
Then head to post office and bank. Then get home and SLEEP!!

    Also...

    Daily Tasks:
    Dishes
    Brush dog
    Walkies
    Clean yard

    Weekly Tasks:
    [strike]Clean fish tank[/strike]
[strike]Do Meal Plan for the week[/strike] ~ Done for the rest of the month!!
Bins emptied & rubbish out ~ Tuesday nights

    To do list:
Wash and vacuum car. Check oil, tyre pressure etc.
Sort out the pile of [strike]junk[/strike] quality items that didn't sell at the boot sale.
Ring local paper and list some of ^^^ for sale. List rest on eBay.
Get some plaster mix & fix hole in the kitchen wall (made by poochie!)

Soaking in salt water for 30 mins makes blood stains easier to wash out.

Good morning everyone, sister landed last night so got nothing done but hubby did tidy the livingroom before he went to bed (he knows i'm starting to get a bit stressed), kitchen's not to bad, bedrooms aren't to bad so souldn't take to long. So glad it's bathroom today it's so bad, so i'd better get another load of washing on, fires lit for drying clothes.
Better go and get wee ones sorted for school.

Lil_me i'm so glad to hear matthew is home, great news.

Pigpen oh how awful, i have that all to come nooooooo,i'll be teaching them how to use the washing machine and they can do there flippin own sheets lol.

Right another cuppa to wakin me up and it's so cosy in here this morning the curtains are making such a big difference keeping the heat in.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Well since I clean the bathroom daily, and I only hoovered it etc yesterday while I was doing the bedrooms I'm a happy bunny :D I'm going to concentrate on paper & computer work, so I guess I am still doing something off the list :rotfl: Will also need to do the ironing, but first I need to dry off some more washing (fire on when I get back from school anyway judging by how cold I was yesterday!). Don't have to worry about "uniforms" as OH will be in "own clothes" next week with it being half-term and DD breaks up today as well :D So I'll sort uniforms on Tuesday when I'm next on my own and will have a washload ;)

Ended up sitting playing scrabble and watching TV with OH last night. Pleasant change and his suggestion  :rotfl: So dishes got left and the lunches weren't made either. :o Oh well, todays another day and I can clear it all up now.

    FRIDAY
    • Beds
    • Bathroom S&S
    • Dishes
    • Kitchen S&S
    • Tidy through
    • Evening meal - Fish, chips & muchy peas :D
    • Strip our bed, flip mattress, remake with clean bedding.
    • Hoover through downstairs
    • Mop floors downstairs
    • Ironing
    • Inventory "household" items in all rooms
    • Christmas Lists
    • HGP lists for deep cleaning each room, including decorating projects
    • Sort paperwork - Postmen are working today so expecting a mountain of papers
Just realised that to do my Christmas lists I'll have to boot up the other computer  Oh well, at least I can print the lists out straight away then :rotfl: ooo... I can also print out the inventory I've written once it's finished :D That'll save arguements next week :rotfl:

Right, going to put tea dishes in the sink to soak (already filled it with hot soapy water) while I do the school run. Washing is already out on the line (cloths that were washed yesterday as I left them out overnight to save time :p ) and the towels are waiting for room on the line :D Looks like I might have a quite productive day today :D Laters

    Half-term starts today here!

DD is already winding DS up so we could be in for some fun.

I'm going to strip the kids' beds today as I didn't do it the other day as well as do quite a bit of other washing to do. The ironing is now a mountain again so I'll try to do some of that.

    List for today:

See how much of the bathroom I can get done
    Strip kids' beds and wash
    Ironing
Take car to get tyre checked
    Go to the library
    Keep kids occupied!!

    We'll see
