    Monday = Chicken curry and naan bread
    Tuesday = Mousakka (dunno what with yet)
    Wednesday = Burgers, chips and Peas
    Thursday = Lamb chops, new potatoes and runner beans
    Friday = Shepherds pie
    Saturday = Prawns (prollly do a curry)
    Sunday = dunno as I'm at work, so it might be a pasta when I get in
    Capital one was £1000.00 now £0.00:j
    Barclaycard was £250.00 now £190. 00
    Asda credit card was £500.00 now £0.00:j
    Aim to be credit card free by December 2012... Mostly done

    Here's mine.....
    1 - Tuna Pasta Bake
    2 - Lamb Curry + Rice
    3 - Mince + Mash
    4 - Chicken something (slow cooker)
    5 - Lamb curry + Oven Chips
    6 - Chicken something (rest of)
    7 - Spaghetti Bolognese
    Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

    Here's ours:

    Monday: chicken/cheese & broccoli pasta bake
    Tuesday: garlic and herb cheese stuffed chicken breasts, frozen veg / rice or chips for OH
    Wednesday: sausage hotpot (in slow cooker)
    Thursday: going out for Birthday drinks, so toast or something afterwards
    Friday: either HM frozen bologanise / chili or curry from freezer
    Saturday: out for dinner with OH's parents

    SUN- ROAST CHICK,ROAST POTS AND PARSNIPS,SWEET POT,SPINACH AND PEAS WITH HM YORKIES AND HM BREAD SAUCE

    MON- BUBBLE AND SQUEAK COLD CHICKEN AND VARIOUS PICKLES

    TUES- CHICKEN SOUP AND CRUSTY BREAD

    WEDS- COTTAGE PIE AND VEG

    THURS- SAUSAGES MAYBE CASSEROLE OR JUST GOOD OLD BANGERS AND MASH

    FRI- LAMB CHOPS AND ROASTED VEG ALA DELIA

    SAT "IFFITS" IF ITS HERE WE WILL EAT IT

    a bit late this week so i will backdate :D

    days might change but somthing like this....

    sat: king prawn curry, rice, naan & onion bargi's (barjis bought)

    sun: chinese :D

    mon: pasta and 'sports candy sauce'

    tues: cheese & ham ommlette, wedges and veg

    wed: chicken, mash, yorkies, carrot & swede, broccoli

    thurs: pasta and sportscandy sauce

    fri: fish pie, leeks & peas

    sat: pork steak and roasted veg: sweet potatoes, onions, carrots

    everything home made unless i say otherwise !!
    - prior planning prevents poor performance!

    every day
    multi vit, cod liver oil cap, 2 x oil evening primrose cap, chlolesterol lowering drink 99p for 4 aldi, St Johns wort tincture in blackcurrant.

    b/fasts:
    200ml carton value OJ from tesco 43p for 3
    Banana, canned prunes and natural yogurt parcelled up for work
    or
    Muesli, Banana and Yogurt at home if I have time

    (bananas 33p reduced in tesco, natural yogurt 36p big carton from aldi Ill use 2 this week, canned prunes 23p tescos mini can 1 a day)

    Lunches:
    Raw carrot (1 bag this week on offer in tesco 39p), salad leaves (reduced 30p a bag), 200g cottage cheese (33p tub aldi), tomato, apple and some from of wholegrain bread/roll with healthy spread.

    Dinner

    Mug home made soup

    mon -
    me- Jacket Pot, Tuna Mayo (= angry cats as it was meant for them) salad
    oh- Jacket Pot, cheese, 8ox minute frying steak

    tue -
    me - pasta and pesto with salad
    oh - pasta and meatballs (leftover from sun)

    wed -
    me - steak boiled pots salad
    oh - gammon steak, boiled pots

    thurs -
    me - jacket pot + beans
    oh - gammon steak + JP

    fri -
    pasta bol (sauce in freezer) with nice mushroom pasta 99p from Aldi

    sat -
    chicken breasts wrapped in bacon
    potato wedges
    peas

    sun - (day off)
    so breakfast at local cafe opposite home
    me - scrambled aggs on toast with butter £1.90 coffee 55p
    oh - 2 x bacon, 2 x egg, 2 x sausage,toast, tomatoes, B+B £2.90
    can cherry coke 65p (so predictable)

    Dinner
    Probably roast chicken
    (cats get leftovers and lunch for me for work next week)
    or maybe lasagne or corn beef hash I dont know
    also will be cooking dinner for vegetarian lodger as I do most sundays but he is pretty good and eats most things

    Snacks
    me - walnuts, hazlenuts, fruit. 200g shortbread, 2 x turkish delight bars, 4 x choc wafer biscuits (for the week)
    oh - choc, biscuits, crisps, bananas


    I am doing my best to get on top of my diet as have been having a few health issues which I think are diet related and oh is a little difficult when it comes to eating healthy stuff.
    I have also been good and stocked up on cat food in tesco as it was bogof so £3.14 for 24 felix pouches bought 2 cases so cat food everywhere.
