My last week of using up as we move next Sunday
so here goes us until Sunday, downside is we have a lot less left, much less choice so trying to be inventive/pinch ideas. Might switch the days round depending where we are and what we are doing.
Monday - Chicken kebabs with onions, peppers & pita breads
Tuesday - Burgers in buns (quorn or beef) with veg and wedges
Wednesday - Chilli & rice
Thursday - Sausages, eggs, beans and chips/hash browns
Friday - Italian chicken, pasta and garlic bread
Saturday - Fish
Actually that doesn't look too boring does it. Need to bring some tinned tomatoes/passata back from the other house, need some bread/rolls later in the week for lunches, but other than that I think we have everything I need for those meals and lunches. One day I might be more organised...........

Hiya,
Monday - Beans on toast; just had a steak and pudding at my mum's, so I want something nice and simple
Tuesday - Spaghetti Bolognase at ex's parents (yippee )
Wednesday - Hopefully my mum will make some sort of stew and dumplings, lol
Thursday - corn on the cob(s). Againm simple but delish.
Friday - Shepherd's Pie
Saturday - Shepherd's Pie again, I love the stuff!
Sunday - Something from the freezer.
Not the most inspired plan, but as I'm at my parents, I can't think what else I have
So all in all, a very cheap week, lol. My mum has promised that she'll make some sort of stew and dumplings during the week and, as she knows I love it, has promised me and the bubba (who also had steak tonight, lol) a portion.
Breakfasts will be muesli (yum!) or toast and some concoction of all the jars in my fridge, lol. Lunch, as usual, will be provided by my work. I eat whatever's left - usually some soup and a roll.
