Hi Muppets, can I be a total pain and change my target to #11 £12490 in 2018 please?
I have 0% interest deals running out at various points this year and early 2019, so I need to do something to avoid paying lots of interest!!! Rather than applying for more balance transfer cards as the current deals run out, but I've decided to put my big girl pants on and live super frugally this year, to try to become fully debt free in 2018. :T[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Number 52 reporting December payments of £717.17
Payments in December were a bit higher than I was expecting in the end plus there was spending on Christmas presents and travel home for the holidays so I'm hoping to just pay minimums in Jan. I'll consider it a success if I can manage without my credit card/overdraft for the month I think.
Happy new year all!0 -
Megano - I haven't gotten round to reading your latest posts on your diary yet but bloomin heck, I don't get people sometimes.
Luckily 99.9% of the people on here know that life is not a simple straightforward path and wouldn't be so insensitive.
I got into debt this year. I may have paid off over £3000 but I had to borrow £1500 to pay my bills over 2 months whilst I was out of work. Things like this happen.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

Hello, you've got me down at #145 so I'll stick with that please - I totally lost my way last year, back on it now though and it will be my year! The challenge ends on my birthday, wouldn't being debt free be just the best way to celebrate!
