Thank you for stepping in Pawlala - that's an impressive total of conquered mortgages!

If you're in touch with hiddenshadow, please pass on all these good wishes people keep sending - and I for one quite understand it will take a while to wade through all our posts.

Hello may I please join the thread? We bought our house last summer and we love it! We have started to make overpayments to the mortgage to try and pay it off a bit quicker - but my goodness it seems like such a huge task! We are trying to save up to get a new kitchen too and I'm not sure what is best use of the money - overpaying or saving for the kitchen!? Or a combination of the two? We are remortgaging in March next year so trying to drop down a LTV band before then, which is a good incentive! Thanks, Claire.

Hi Is it too late to join this? We have just started taking overpaying our mortgage seriously and keeping track every month would be a great incentive.
    You're in at #182 - enjoy! What's you're 2018 target?
