HI All
Hope you are OK Hiddenshaddow. :A
My July payment so far is #169 £537.18 making £7510.44/£12000. I will add another sum to it in the next week or so, just changing banks and making sure everything transfers successfully first. Hope everyone is enjoying some sunshine - I'm on leave from work this week so looking forward to relaxing.Blitz that mortgage

That is brilliant! I am looking at hitting the -£100k mark at the end of the year.
You are an inspiration. I won't be able to make anything like that as we are capped at 10% o/p but still aiming at halfing the term.
I think overpaying the mortgage should be classed as a hobby.
Hi - couldn't agree more! :rotfl: Overpaying the mortgage definitely should be classed as a hobby! I am boarderline obsessive over mine! :rotfl:0 -

Hi MFWers!
I have taken on the mantle of updating the MFW2018 spreadsheet on behalf of hiddenshadow, and I offer my services for as long as is needed.
Just a bit about me if I may - I am an ardent MFWer across many mortgages since 2009 (my signature testifies) and I have been involved in lots of the MFW campaigns down the years, so it felt right in offering my time. And if you weren't sure, or was curious, I'm male :rotfl:
Please do keep updating the thread with your MFW2018 updates. There are some fantastic figures being posted! There are many weeks to catch up on which will take a day or two, but rest assured we'll keep this well-oiled machine operating effectively
And sending my regards to our starmod hiddenshadow for the time being :starmod:

Thank you Pawlala for stepping in
well I’ve had some unexpected good news. I have heard back from the company I worked for 25 years ago about my pension after I sent a general inquiry. Turns out I can take 14k next May which if I keep on with my OPs will clear the mortgage :j0 -
Just popped in to say
Hi Pawlala, big task you have taken on, so well done to you :T I can just about keep track of my own o/p's never mind everyone else's.
