    Hi All,
Miss Pinky checking in with an overpayment of £1072.30. Been a busy (and expensive) few months with a new kitchen and gifting the kids some money to open a Housing ISA but returned today with a vengence to get this mortgage paid off!

  • Hi all

Not doing so well this year. On maternity leave and had some unexpected expenses so just plodding on with standard OPs at present...better than nothing!!
    No 37 June £160.21

    Thanks as always

    Hi,
This was us until recently. It can be quite demoralising.

To OP anything while on mat leave is a real achievement for which you should be proud.
    Keep going!!!

Good look and congrats on the baby

I think I have paid off my main mortgage

Got a 2 week Rig job in addition to my regular job. Plus some extra holiday pay.

Put in around £10,600 and now the loan and all its details just disappeared from my account.

I wonder what will happen in July:p

    Thanks everyone and to Hiddenshadow.

Now I have to plan for the 30k plus local government mortgage... Maybe a 2 year plan ....:)
