#11 with a first OP of £1130.73 for June, £6427.17 for the year so far, and will hopefully be a small top-up later in the month - a little complicated as my mortgage switches over to a new deal this month, and waiting to see exactly what they payments will be.

Another OP of £128.83 today for #11, making £1,259.56 for June and £6,556 for the year so far. If I've done my sums correctly, that's exactly £55,000.00 of overpayments on my old mortgage, with the new one kicking in tomorrow :D

    #46 reporting in for June

    This months overpayment is £1763

Total OP for the year is £7779.28. Target smashed.

Total mortgage reduction for the year to start of June is £12,186.47.

    Pleased with that.

Also started to build up personal savings to £2828.89 and extension savings currently stand at £114,889.12 (reducing quickly!!)

Waiting until August when I can start looking at reserving a new mortgage product - hopefully reduce the term and the monthly payment. plan is to fix for 5 years and across repayment, OPs and savings get to either paid off or mortgage neutral! Fingers crossed!

    Thanks for running this HS
