#65 June payment gone out £528.12

Now I am waiting to find out how much the monthly interest was.....
When we started we would repay £1.89 for every £1 we borrowed.

That is some incentive to get overpaying. Every single pound makes a difference.

    Hi all!
Number 20 rolling in with a nice chunky (for us!) Overpayment for May of £561.67 which was boosted by a surprise payment from GFs bonus :D

This makes the grand total for 2018 a nice £2000.21 which is 66.6% of the years target. OPs will slow down from now until October though as we get closer to our Australia trip :)
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!
