  • Hi

Can I join again please? I was 85 last year if that's still available. I'm aiming for 500 for the year. It's low, but I'm on SMP for the year and I wanted to keep doing something towards the mortgage.

    Thanks :)

 Your how old ???? , and your still paying your mortgage

#161 My plans are being scuppered by remortgaging, and having to give an amount to repay at the end of February, plus working out how to keep it at that amount until 28/2 so that I don't have to pay solicitors fees for sending me any +balance. All very nerdy but there you go.

So I have a virtual overpayment, but can't use it until after 1st March. But it does exist.

I am still here, but just not for Jan/Feb for administrative reasons.

#164 - Another £5 making total overpayment £100/£3200. A slow start that should improve over the year. £100 is still better than nowt. Doing well everyone else.

Number 25 reporting another £1,000 for January. This makes £3,000 for Jan 2018.

I sold my last home and moved into my forever home on 05/01/18. I was given a bit more mortgage monies than I required. I kept it for a few weeks just in case it was needed. So hence the large overpayments.

    So £3,000 for January. Target, 10% = £12,449.90
Without overpayments: 15 years, 1 monthsBecause of overpayments: 10 years, 10 months left until paid off
