    BTL currently empty - am owed 1 month's rent by last tenant, so will hopefully get that back form their deposit. New tenant moving in early Feb, but lose 1st month's rent to Letting Agents. However, am hopeful that come March we can make 3 figure/ mth OPs again. In the meantime it's just little bits to round up some payments from c/ac and keep mtge bal at a round amount :)
