Hello , #175 here with an overpayment of £360 making a total of
£360 for the month of January
    Many thanks Hiddenshadow
  • Happy Monday everyone!

I've not made another overpayment, as such, but I have had confirmation of a standing order set up to make a further regular overpayment of £500 with effect from the end of this month's payday. Once the first one has gone out I shall really feel as though I am "in the game"!!

  • Am I too late to join in?
My target is £600 (average £50 a month)
(I realise this is a pittance compared to most but I am on a low income so this is funded from little extra bits and pieces of money that are not in my normal monthly budget)

    Welcome! You're #4. :)

  • Hi

Can I join again please? I was 85 last year if that's still available. I'm aiming for 500 for the year. It's low, but I'm on SMP for the year and I wanted to keep doing something towards the mortgage.

    Thanks :)

I moved into my new home on 5th January 2018 and have a new, much higher mortgage.

    Mortgage at start - £124,499.00

I made my first overpayment of £1,000 yesterday.

I am allowed to make a 10% overpayment per annum which is £12,449.90

    So my target is £12,449.90
Without overpayments: 15 years, 1 monthsBecause of overpayments: 10 years, 10 months left until paid off
  • Evening,

No 81 reporting in with an extra January OP of £300, am getting close to being sub £30k which is really motivating me to OP as much as I can, hoping to be there by March. :)

    Thanks Hidden :T
