Hello please may I join? Have been a long time lurker of this thread. It’s taken me 8 long years to save up a deposit and last year I finally bought my first home! I’m on my own so can only afford modest overpayments and I took it out over a very long term in case my circumstances change and need the low payments, but if I just overpay by £200pm my term is slashed from 35 years (gulp) to 20 years. So my target for this year is £2,500.
Thank you!0 -
