Tried really hard on Facebook to list lots today... made £6 from a couple of sales and have couple of bits that should be collected tomorrow.
Going to list some more and see what else I can eBay too. Really need to declutter and just want stuff gone. I am on a mission!
In big news and not sure whether to add to my total or not... (need opinions please) I have got a £157 refund following a complaint where I paid more for something than I would have needed to following a company policy change. I complained which was initially rejected- I politely complained again and was offered £157 refund. Super pleased.

Frustrated today. Waiting for the little one's Christmas present that was ordered on 27th Nov through Tesco Direct, and still hasn't turned up. It was due for delivery on 4th Dec, and despite chasing them multiple times, including every day for the last 3, and frequently being told "it is out for delivery", it still hasn't turned up. I've been promised phone calls back, that have never came. Getting beyond a joke now. About to type up an email and send it through to customer services, it's just not good enough. The item was £20 when we ordered it, it's now £35 and out of stock on their website. Got a nasty feeling we're not getting it, but just wish they would be honest if that were the case instead of constantly fobbing us off.
How frustrating. Hope you get a good response from your email £10 a day April - £4/£3002014 £110.92 2015 £3732.30 2016 £1633.66 2017 £2991.70 2018 £3255.40

So, I ended up falling asleep on the sofa and the email didn't get sent. Went into work this morning and a colleague suggested getting in touch with Tesco via Twitter instead, thinking it might get a response. I also went to the local store and spoke to Customer Services there. The lady phoned through to Tesco Direct, was on hold for 20 minutes, and then got cut off about 30 seconds into the call. She then spent another 5 minutes on hold, during which time I got a phone call on my mobile from Tesco Direct to say the item was due for delivery today, so I thanked the CS person and went back to work. Later this evening I got a tweet from Tesco with a Yodel tracking number, and a phone call from the Tesco social media bloke - more than I'd managed to get out of anybody else in the last week. Yodel tracking was showing it as reaching our local depot this morning (after leaving Tesco's warehouse on 28th November) and we were number 19 in the queue for delivery, at 7pm - I wasn't convinced it was coming; however 8pm came, and finally Yodel showed up.
All well and good....except, convinced that it wasn't coming (in time), we ordered another one from a different store yesterday, so will now end up having 2! I'll just have to send one back.
All in all, a positive outcome. And £59.78 made from MB'ing.0 -

Good news. Again persistence works although some compensation for all the hassle would have been nice£10 a day April - £4/£3002014 £110.92 2015 £3732.30 2016 £1633.66 2017 £2991.70 2018 £3255.40
