What a fantastic find.
It costs £349 for a 1 night trip.

These trips are fantastic but sometime err on the side of caution, the last few years have been low on the snow front until deeper into winter. At the moment there was a flurry of snow which has now disappeared and the temperatures are quite high. We went early December and although there was snow on the ground it was really blocks of ice as they had had no fresh snow for a while.
However hopefully this year there will be plenty of soft fluffy snow.No Matter what you do there will be critics.0 -

Also used topcashback so hopefully in line for cashback too. Just worried about the best way to book the various trips and what to wear as it will be so cold.
try to hire the thermal suits through inghams as it will be far cheaper if you do but if you want more info on what to wear check out lapland.fruitbandit.com

I was correct in not trusting the Lastminute confirmation, Inghams have just confirmed my holiday, they don't phone to confirm the cv2 number or any other details, they say they've already taken payment and all the confirmation details are in the post :j:j:j
All we need now is snow and some thick socks !!!!!!
Does anyone know the best way to organise a ski taster for a 4yr old, i believe he's be too young for any sort of ski school ??? would it be best for all four of us to have a private lesson instead ??? (we would like to have a couple of hours during the week as a taster for the future)0 -

Woohoo!
In Canada ski school was for over 3's. My middle boy had a taster private lesson just before he was three he was a tall boy but a little too young to cope with the coordination but had some fun. My eldest was up and down the slopes at four. If ski school in Finland excludes your four year old I would definitely treat him to a private lesson.
Can't wait to get all the confirmation details in the post.:T:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
I've been twice, but to Yllas both times. Levi I believe has more facilities than Yllas so you should have no problem with ski school. The first time we went we had a 3 day beginners course (that's 3 x 1.5 hours). They have an adults course, a children's course and also a young children's course (I think for the little ones the daily sessions were only about 45 mins). My children were slightly older so I am not 100% certain, but I think the little ones were about age 4-6. The instructors are brilliant with the little ones and had my two skiing in no time.
I am so jealous of you, I wish I could get my two out of school. Lapland is the best holiday I have ever had. You will all have a great time.0 -
Forgot to mention that they also have a creche where the staff take the kids outside for part of the session to play in the snow and to sledge down little hills.0
