Please take care of yourself as delayed shock and whiplash could emerge (hoping not).

I spent today wrapping presents, noting what had been wrapped and who for in a special notebook. There are still some presents to arrive
but I only have to think about making up seven Christmas stockings
and wrapping up remaining gifts. I put some presents in four large labelled giftboxes and the other wrapped ones are in my bedroom, but it already looks much better than lots of plastic bags filled with
miscellanea.

Youngest has just won a travel voucher for a holiday in a raffle at her new firm's Christmas party :j I am so happy for her as money is very tight as a recent graduate.

Older dd has no gas at home as problems with a gas pipe outside .
I offered for her and DH to come to me overnight if it would help but it would be a bit too far away for travel to work etc. Suggested a couple of hot water bottles and a throw and getting cuddled up on the sofa.

Fingers crossed that your surgery gets its !!! in gear. Does PALS help with surgery or just hospitals? It could be worth a try.
