Just because you see people do it on Youtube doesn't mean everyone does. There have been beheading videos on Youtube and some real sick stuff so does that mean everyone does it?

(Almost) every driver is taught to drive safely. It doesn't mean they do it.

When applying for insurance there's a question asking about driving qualifications!! Yes 4 tests and an annual cpc certificate renewal!! But that's not asked all they want is Advanced driving certificate.
