Well ive recorded all detailed absences and these are related to pending operation , I have also taken 6 annual leaves as hospital/doc appointments and also had 7 injections of b12 in november, when they found i was lacking this, and this probably caused muscle weakness and depression, there was a delay from the doctor receiving these tests to me getting the treatment needed, it is all linked also in August I had a fall at work probably anaemia never took the day off , being as I work in a nurse environment, nobody was sent to check me over professionally

Just go to meeting & put across what you have said.
Maybe speak to your union rep?
