Hi all. I went down the route of sending a Subject Access Request for my boarding pass and they have sent it to me, so now I have all the info they require, but do they have it also? I'm unsure what happens next, will they have automatically kept a copy for my claim or do I need to send it to them? It seems strange that they haven't sent the compensation with the request, and it seems silly that I would have to send it back to them?!
Probably a different department. Classic big business + left hand not knowing what right hand doing.

Thank you. My parents were on the same flight, they got their compensation through after a long time waiting they said. It might be worth mentioning other people on the same flight have been paid compensation and that I feel I'm being unfairly treated/discriminated against.
