It’s good to hear from you WF.You are doing an amazing job - the children are fed and watered with a roof over their heads but most importantly have a mum who loves them and are happy.Take life a moment at a time - it’s all we can do to get through these times. I echo all the other comments, @WannabeFree. I think just getting through the day is a big win at the minute. Keep on keeping on.Also, feel free to discuss anything you want with us. You aren't being negative--you are just being honest about how you feel at any given moment and that's exactly as it should be. There's a great strength in speaking honestly about your feelings and sometimes hearing them out loud or seeing them written down can help you deal with them better. So carry on...*inserts big ear emoji*Debt: £11,640.02 paid in full! DFD: 30/06/20

Re your phone playing up, have you got one of those little fluff-picks? Who knew there was such a thing. Mine stopped charging and the shop gave me one and told me to poke around in the charger hole as there was probably a bit of fluff in there. The non-sharp end of a needle would work to just scoop it out. I thought the thing was knackered but it was a bit of woolly fluff, stopping the charger from making a good connection. Just don't poke too deepSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

Thank you
We are still enjoying the luxury of fresh food and slightly more variety. It's been so nice to see them all even youngest eating more.
SL it's the actual battery that's broken it doesn't charge at all only works when plugged in. But as it's a sealed unit it's more expensive than buying a new phone I think. I just have to use it plugged in. It's not easy when it's our only form of TV etc. Driving us all a bit crazy.

Yes definitely beanie. It's been amazing. I don't know how I'd cope with none at all.

You are doing great. Hope the background issues get resolved and things look up for you."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3

Thank you.
After a chat with someone really helpful. Seems background issues will be something I have to get on with for now. Trying to leave it in a box of it's own. It's the other stuff it opens up that makes me anxious, nightmares and things. That makes me sound like a child.
I'm still here but if quiet the phone doesn't make getting on easy.
Smalls are all still good and I'm sure eventually I'll get to the point of feeling better myself.

It doesn't make you sound like a child at all. I'm waking up in a panic and having nightmares and I have nothing to worry me and apparently I'm not the only one. Lots of people are finding themselves in the same position. So don't beat yourself up. You are doing brilliantly, as usual.
Take care. xxx
