Thank you all so much, some better news today. Will update in a second.

I've come to an agreement with the housing. It will stay exactly as it is until it's paid. I just need to go to the review to sign the agreement. This will be the last one as it will be paid of before another review is due.
Thank you to those who have replied, left support messages and the help I received in how to word things and point certain things out. I really do appreciate it.
CAB is a drop in service. I don't think I will get time to go to the drop in this week but it's the thing at the top of the list next week to get help for the DLA and tax credits. I have all the documents together for this so I will definitely go next week straight after school run so I have all day to wait.

22/01/19
Debt
Council Tax £137.50
Rent arrears £1295
Credit card £0
Total £1432.50
Weekly Out - Budget now
£125 to rent
£12.50 to Council tax arrears
£25.60 to this years council tax
£10 Gas
£15 Electric
£11.40 Water
£5.60 TV License
£1.25 for phone credit (up to £2.50 from Feb)
[STRIKE]£7.50 for Virgin[/STRIKE] (Ends this month)
£3 Snack
This leaves £30 and odd pence for food and everything else weekly (£36 from Feb)
So this is my budget at least until the council tax arrears have gone. When they have I'll look at it again. Until then I just need to focus on sticking at this and not messing up or going over budget.
11 weeks to go on the CT
52 weeks to go on the Rent arrears
And more good news the final interest payment has cleared to the CC and I have now closed the account

I might try and call in and sign it this afternoon EH, they can't change their minds then can they
I need to go to Asda anyway and do DD's shoes so could do both why I'm already out. It will really be done and agreed then and I can just stop thinking about it. In fact that's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to have a cuppa and soup maybe then go to town and get it signed, swap DD's' shoes and drop our prescriptions in.
I can't take the credit for it being sorted. Someone else wrote the majority of the email for meI don't think I could have got it across in the same way. But it worked!

Ooh do it, do it!! :T
And you CAN take credit for reaching out for help to people who could offer you that help, and word things for you, and for being brave enough to then send your proposal. Well done for all of that, and another well done to the worder-of-emails!
And I suspect Abba makes a very good point about joint arrears above - definitely don't pay off anything you're not liable for!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

You're doing brilliantly. Well done.
And if people helped you get there then that's fabulous too, you have created a wonderfully supportive community on here of people who want to share, support and generally cheer you on and it's great that you take that help and make changes where you can. It's lovely to see it work.
