Thanks Wendy. I think I'm going to make a list of the things I want to do today and tick them off as they get done.

    [STRIKE]Post Office[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Bathroom[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Kitchen[/STRIKE]
    Dining room
    Living room
    Washing
    [STRIKE]Iron 10 items[/STRIKE]
    Skip
Get new sims for my phone (gone onto PAYG today and old contract ended)
    [STRIKE]
Look for e-bay items (aiming for another 10 items)
    [/STRIKE]Asdas

OK off I go to do the bathroom

Well I'm getting somewhere. Found quite a bit more to e-bay, they are only ging for approximately £5 but every little helps. 16 items are ending today and I've gots tons of buy it now items listed so I'm hoping for a good weekend. Certainly going to keep thinking positive.

Off out now. Skip then off to get new sim cards for the phones then to either KFC or McD's for dinner. Have decided not to go to Asda, there is nothing I really need and I'd just be wasting my birthday money so decided against that.

Have had a weird couple of hours. Found a mobile phone to send off to Mazuma so that's pocketed me £17, found 2 empty mobile phone boxes that I can stick onto e-bay and have got lots of watchers on the stuff I've already got listed.

Just had a call of ex hubby, he didn't turn up last week and was due to come down tomorrow. He's not been well and he's been referred for hospital tests and he sounded quite negative about it all!!!! I feel really guilt but my first thought was how I would manage without my CSA off him. I'm feeling guilty now that I'm thinking like this. I should be sad that he's not well but I just can't. The only feeling I've got is panic that I won't get money off him.

    What is happening to me....

Aw GR...you're bound to think that like that at first. Because you're priority is your children that's what would have been uppermost in your mind. I'm sure you also feel worried for him.
Hey look at you and the money rolling in. I've had two buy it nows today. Got to add one to sig. Was for £5. I love buy it now!
Good luck with the lottery tonight GR too :D

Thanks Diz, I've not done too bad myself today. Have sold 3 buy it now items on e-bay. The one item I've listed lots of times and just wouldn't go, but at last its sold. Have still got 15 items ending tonight so will hopefully sell a few more.

I've put the lottery on and even though I choose the same numbers every week, this week I picked the wrong number :( Am having a panic now in case my original number comes out and I miss out on the 6 numbers and only have 5. LOL Ifonly.

Hope you've had a little flutter, you got to be in it to in it.

Hi GR and well done on your sales. What gets me about buy it now, well mine anyway is, I always put my starting bid about 20p less than the buy it now so if they really want it, they'll buy it. But I still have watchers on buy it now. I think they're the ones that just watch to see how it does otherwise for the price of 20p they'd buy it iyswim
Sold two items today and now have 34 listed. House looks like a bombsite!
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you tonight. You never know GR it might be fate that you put the wrong number on. There was the couple the other week who changed one of his random numbers to the day he got married and it won. Do you remember, they hadn't been married long. That is so lucky.
    Hope you're okay today.

I'm fine today Diz thanks for asking. Still confused about how I'm feeling about J though. I spend hours with him last night but he gives absolutely nothing away about he feels about me. Men, they're a pain in the behind aren't they?

Well I didn't win the lottery hence still sitting here watching the e-bay items, ddn't need the money anyway :)

I know what you mean about the house looking like a bombsite. My front room is a disgrace, thank god I can close the door and nobody but me knows whats behind it. At the moment I've got 4 large parcels on the dining room table all wrapped and ready to go, another parcel on the chair (I'm waiting for payment for it) and brown paper and sticky tape absolutely everywhere. Your doing really well with the June challenge Diz, keep it going it'll all come towards the birthday present.

    GRx

    Good morning all.
Somebody has offered me £90 on the mobile phone I've got listed on e-bay. I'm going to accept it as I always think a bird in the hand and all that!

Got 15 items ending today and Im hoping the majority of them will go. Have re-listed the desk and if that goes I'll be really chuffed becauseit'll be a massive item to get rid of.

Didn't sleep very well last night. Kept thinking about ex-hubby and what I'm going to do if he has to give up work. I know I'm thinking the worse case scenario here but he's not been in his job long and I've got to be practical. The thing that annoys me is that I pay insurance in case I'm not able to work so that I can support myself and the children but I bet he's not done the same as he doesn't think his level of responsibilities are the same as mine :( Will have to cross that bridge when I come to it but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he's going to be OK. It sounds hard that this is the way I'm thinking and whereas there is no way in the world I'd want something to happen to him I've got to think about me and the children. He's let us down many many times with regards to paying my CSA so at least I know I can live without it (not ideal I know).

Got lots of housey stuff to do today. Going to peg the washing out now and out another load in and then I'm off the tackle the ironing. There are masses of it :(

Got chicken dinner at mums today with rhubarb tart for afters mmmmmmm.

Oh wow :T excellent GR!!!! :D
That is a brilliant amount to add to your June challenge. Oh you are a lucky bunny.
GR I read somewhere that 'Worry is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but doesn't get you anywhere'
Might have quoted that before but it's true. Easier said than done but you've got enough things whirling round your head at the moment. You're so resourceful that whatever happens you could cope. And the word is 'if' it happens.
Now you just enjoy all this money making. Ooh and I love rhubarb pie...:D
    Enjoy today.

  • Congratulations on the sale GR.

As Dizzy said its hard to do but try not to fret about exhubby not anything you can do. Youll cope whatever happens.
