Hi Diz, can't believe we are half way through the week again. Lottery night tonight, lets hope we both have a little win.

Have just sold a game on Amazon so that has made me £25 for today but not had any luck on e-bay at all. I've got one item ending in an hour with 1 watcher, if I could sell that item it would make me feel a bit more positive about listing some more stuff. Things gone really slow there for me.

How has your day been Diz? Any big adventures today?

Well done on Amazon GR. That's a fair amount too.
No big adventures today. Bought two lucky dips and put it under my 2 little buddhas, money coin frog thing and little rabbit. I'm hoping they'll be lucky for me tonight. Haven't been so far Lol. Got a few watchers on ebay, but I had last time and they didn't go. Fingers crossed though. For you too.
Good luck with the lottery GR.
Ooh had our yearly interview with the deputy head today about what we want to do next year. She's really impressed with the results from my interventions and how I work with the children. Feels really good to get some praise. She said she'll be pushing for me to get Fridays off because she knows how much it'll mean to me. This should spur me on to get rid of the overdraft just in case I get it.
    Hope you're well today GR.

I'm well today thanks Diz, got really stressed when I came home from work though. I normally like to come in and chill for 5 minutes but when I got home mum, DD, 2 of DD's friends, my cousin and my cousins daughter were all in my house. Noise and stress levels really high!!!

Then J phoned me and I couldn't say too much to him because they all seemed to be listening. Felt really awkward.

After everyone went home it was late so I ended up going to the chip shop for my tea which may be annoyed because I had done my meal plan.

    Oh I'm a real grouch today aren't I?

Good morning, here I am again - no lottery win, hope you done better than me Diz :)

Got 5 things ending on e-bay tonight but don't think anything is going to sell. As I relist things I may do as you suggest Diz and try the for buy it now.

Not feeling 100% today yet don't know why. I need a day out and a bit of fun I think. Have not booked a holiday this year so I've got nothing to look forward to.

    GR x

Bit of good news. Have just checked my mutual rewards balance and I've been awarded 7,123 points for a saving plan I opened up months ago. Have just redeemed the points and they are going to send me a cheque for £45. Not bad considering I'd forgotten about these points.

Have decided not to use them again though as I don't find they are as good and efficient as some of the other cashback sites.

More good news GR an unexpected £45

Hope you have a good day at work. A day/night out sounds like a good idea. I am really looking forward to a night out at the end of the month.

Why not use your MSE skills to book a cheap break for the family becasue you have worked so hard on being debt free and on the savings?

Hi Wendy, I have been thinking about it. I'm going to really go for it with the e-baying again this month and see if if can get something together for a week away. I've never gone away before without using credit cards and I want to make sure that if I do go away I don't leave myself short.

I managed to sell something today so I've make £8.50 profit on that, it's made me feel a little more positive and instead of working this afternoon I've been making a list of things to list on e-bay tonight. How sad is that?

Still feeling a bit down. Sometimes my job is depressing and today I had some bad news about a relative of a girl I'm really close to. We work in the same office and the news was health wise and my friend is trying to be really positive for her sister and I knew otherwise. I felt really bad and I feel so guilty about feeling down because I know my friend is going to have a lot to deal with. Sometimes life is so unfair. It certainly puts things into perspective doesn't it?

Sure does its scary how things can take a turn for the worse. One of the reasons I still want to be debt free but enjoy it a bit rather than scrape by.

Hope you can lift your mood this evening, best not to dwell on things like that too much becasue its out of your control.

I know what your saying Wendy and I know tomorrow is going to be awful in work because the girls sister will get her results and I know my friend is going to be awful.

Have just listed an absolute load onto e-bay. AM absolutely determined to succeed with the challenge this month and would be absolutely thrilled if I can make as much as or more than last month. Will try to keeo myself focused.

    Hi Girlies...:D
Really sorry to hear of your friends sad news. You're right, it does put things into perspective and it just reminds us that however hard things seem, there's always someone who'd trade places with you.
I'm thinking of more things to put on ebay too GR, though I have sold two more items today on buy it now and....lo and behold one of my text books on Amazon. I'll only make £3.26 from the Amazon sale but I was beginning to give up on that. Added to my sig too.
So, like you GR, and if you're going to go for it, you too Wendy, to accumulate as much money as possible this month!. No way will I get close to yours GR but anythings better than nothing :D
