Wine consumption? What's that it's a school night. Managed to catch up quite a bit of gossip tonight, which is always nice to do. I feel slightly lonely now that everyone has gone.0

At least you got to catch up with everyone. It does you good though to see friends doesn't it. Have a good day tomorrow at work.:D

Can you believe it, another week and month is almost over. I'm going to have to think about my target for March now! I don't think it's going to be as high this month as I've had to renew my house and contents insurance and I do it in one go rather than monthly so it's left me down on my money for March.
I'm hoping that I'll get something back in charges and if so I'll add it to the ISA but that's the only way I can think of getting extra income next month. For the first time in over a year I've got absolutely nothing coming my way from Quidco
Saying that March is usually the month when we hear about rises in Tax Credits and Child Benefit. Have already heard from child benefit and I'll be getting a whole £5 more starting April. Fingers crossed there'll be an increase in Tax Credits too.
Catch you all later with any updates on the money front.0 -
Have had a cheque in the post today for £35.10 interest on an old account. That's an extra little bit to transfer into the ISA and also received a pile of papers off Egg regarding reclaiming charges. Have filled that in and it will be in the post back to them tomorrow.
Don't think there's anything else to report apart from the fact Black Horse have sent me a pre-approval form for a £15,000 loan. That is now in a million pieces in the rubbish bin.0 -

Hiya GR...
that's a nice surprise on the interest. Ooh can't wait till tomorrow (is it?) when you add up your totals.
Friday again and like you say where has this month gone, another year flying by. I don't mind when it flies closer to pay day though. Seems like ages till then! Is there anything you can ebay in March? I'm sure you'll think of something, you're very innovative
Have a great day tomorrow.

Today's the day that I check the ISA. My aim for February was to get a total of £500 into the ISA. Drum Roll please:T Grand Total = £715.39 :T
I am so chuffed! Am going to try and push the boat out in March and get to £1000. That means I would have saved £1000 in 3 months. See what I can do when I put my mind to it...
Have got to send the letter off to Egg today requesting the information. Sent a typed letter off last week but they sent me a form to fill in now. I don't have the accound number so I'm hoping I'll still be able to get hold of the statements. Don't even know if I've racked up any charges with them in the past, but knowing me there's a bit to be claied
Am off now as we have physio this morning with DD.
Catch you later0 -
:j Wow....that is brilliant!!!! Crikey I bet you feel chuffed to bits. I'm really pleased for you GR. You've worked hard to get it to that, well done.:j
Hope everything went well today with DD.
I hope you're successful with Egg, there's no stopping you now GR.
Well done again...I love those totals

All went well with DD this morning, she's making good progress and will hopefully be back in school after Easter.
I couldn't quite believe the total myself either. I was really chuffed. There was me thinking that I wouldn't be having any money off Quidco this month and I've just checked my Quidco account and I've got £4.39 to be paid. It's better than nothing!!!
Have just done myself a sandwich for my tea and I think I'm going to have a little drink to celebrate tonight.0
