Hi Diz, everything fine with me. Am finding that I'm so tired these days I'm in bed really early. I'm hoping that as time goes on I'll get used to it and be able to stay awake longer Everything OK with you?

Hello hun, just been decluttering my drawers, so to speak.I had a £10 boots pigsback voucher I put in there and can't blimming find it.
I'm not too bad, thanks. Been poorly all week with a bad chest and throwing up (tmi) but soldiered on like you do. Silly really, but at least that's it till next week now. I've updated my diary, at last!!
I think it will take you a while to get back into the routine of work, especially in winter when we're all tired anyway, due to dark miserable nights etc.

Morning all, not posted much lately, been busy and tired Have had a replyfrom British Gas, they are not budging with the £30 compensationso I threatened to leave and they've reduced my Homecare agreement by 20% - result!!! Not much else happening on the money side. This credit crunch is really affecting my e-bay sales, can't believe how badly they are doing lately.

The witch is back in work today and I've not slept all night worrying about it. Have had a really relaxed week in work last week and I'm all nerves again.

Had a lovely weekend at J's again, did absolutely nothing and it was great. Sometimes with the hussle and bustle of Christmas it's nice to just lock the door on the work and pig out on food and watch loads of DVD's.

Off to work now to face the music. Catch you all later. x

Hi GR. Hope all went well at work and it wasn't as bad as you thought it was going to be.
Sounds all dreamy and romantic with J at the moment. So pleased you've got him to support you at this time.

Hi there Diz, not had a good week this week. Booked annual leave yesterday and today and have even applied for another job. Just can't stick it there any more. The sarcastic comments from her this week has really got to me:(

Everything is going great with J although not moving fast enough for me, but I can't expect too much from him considering the year he's had. He called up last night and stayed, we're hoping to have a few hours out this afternoon to look around the shops, weather permitting. Had some snow last night and even though it hasn't stuck or caused any road problems, it's very cold.

Started to get into the christmas spirit this week and even managed to put the tree up, I suppose it's a start. Only really did it because the kids were nagging me, but I must admit it has lifted my spirits lightly.

Off out now so hopefully catch you later, if not have a good weekend.

Hi GR...I'm so sorry that things are still rotten for you at work. How on earth is it still happening and why does she think she can get away with it, the sneaky 'you know what!'
You shouldn't have to look for another job in an ideal world, but reality isn't like how we'd want it to be is it? I would be looking for something else too though GR if it was me. Life's too precious for spending it worrying over work!
Really pleased about you and J. It'll be an extra special Christmas for you this year sharing it with someone you care about. Glad the kids got you to put the tree up, makes Christmas all the more real with the twinkly lights :-)

Thanks for the support Diz,so many people have told me I'm mad for looking for a new job but your right life is much to short to be unhappy. She is getting away with it amd it's really getting to me. The department went out for lunch last Wednesday and she didn't come as she decided at the last minute that she didn't want to socialise with us. Well it was her loss, but it's little things like that that get to me. There have also been a few little cutting comments which I've ignored at the time but come home and cried about.

Got abusy day today, going to take mum shopping then its onto Asda for me to do my shopping and pick up a few oddsand ends for J. Going down there this evening and staying until Monday morning so that'll take my mind off work.

I can't quit believe there's only one full week before the big man comes down our chimney. Where has this year gone? It seems like only a few months ago we were all writing up our new years resolutions

:rotfl: Sorry GR...that did make me chuckle!

And don't you bother what other people say. Do what's right for you. We know you shouldn't be having to look for another job but other people aren't having to face what you're having to at work and I know for certain I'd look for something else. And who knows GR leaving there could be the best thing that's ever happened!
I'm off into town to pick up a few more Christmas gifts and stuff. Said to OH make me a coffee 'cos I've got to face all the hords out there, and he couldn't stop laughing, he said it sounds like Attila the Hun and his henchmen are out there...hmmm yeh, that's what Christmas shopping is like!!

Good evening all, hope santa has brought you lots of goodies and you've all enjoyed the festive time. I've had a lovely time, spent Christmas day with J and Boxing Day at his mums. I've been spoilt rotten and feel quite content with life. Think this feeling is only going to last until 10 am tomorrow morning when I'm back in work

Can't believe that all the madness is over, saying that, this year has been completely stress free for me, I refused to get myself worked up and I've really managed to enjoy myself.

Can't wait for the new year and all that it promises to bring for me.

Wish there'd been just a sprinkling of snow though...
