I dont know my friends passport number yet. Is it possible to put in a fake number, then go back and fill in the correct number later?
    Thanks

Go for the fake details - It will test their proccess on the day, I'm sure there
will be alot of 'fat fingers' ;) entering details once they are running for real.
AND you are not going to leave the country for real on the test day...

How soon did you receive your email confirming your date and time.

I got an instant confirmation for the 31st and that I would receive a pack two weeks beforehand but not received an email yet, although expecting one.....anyone else got their email with their reference numbers?

    Pudding and Sally-

I have booked for the 8th November and also got the message that an information pack will be sent 2 weeks beforehand.

I also received an email confirming, again, that I will receive an information pack 2 weeks before hand. This also contained logon details to the eurostar website, should I want to change my details. I didn't receive a reference number in it.

To those who asked about not knowing passport details, the logon details lets you change the passport numbers so you can enter a 'fake' passport number and amend it later!

    Hope that helps!

I too tried the phone number but no joy. If I am booked on they would have to email the info pack as the post is slow at the moment. I am only receiving stuff postmarked 3rd! Will ring Eurostar on Monday.

I am hoping it is one eurostar ticket per person! I am also hoping it is £25 each, as peak travel will cost around £40 for the 2 of us return! Lol! Will have to wait and see :)

Are people checking their spam folders? maybe the email went to there?
