Here is the blurb.
Eurostar needs you!
Help us prepare for the big day and get free travel on Eurostar
If you interested in participating as a passenger in one of these test days and to be one of the first to see the new stations you just need to register your details and well let you know where and when to come along.
You will be acting as a typical traveller picking up tickets, going through check-in, security and passport control, boarding and departure and finally arrival up to 3 times in one day.
Testing will take place on the following dates:
Tuesday 30th October,
Wednesday 31st October,
Thursday 1st November,
Wednesday 7th November and
Thursday 8th November.
You will only need to be available for one of these days. You will need to arrive at St Pancras some time between 08:30 and 11:30 and will be required for somewhere between 5 and 6 hours.
Although trains will not be going through Eurotunnel (they will either turn round outside St Pancras International or go to and return from Ebbsfleet International), all participants will need a passport/national ID card (valid for international travel).
Refreshments will be provided during the day, including lunch, and travel expenses will be reimbursed up to a limit of £25.
As well as the chance to take part in this unique phase of testing, participants will also get a voucher to be redeemed for a free standard class return ticket to Paris, Lille or Brussels on HS1 (terms and conditions will apply).

I've just posted a note on HotUkDeals about this "offer".
While it appears to be legit, I'm concerned that it asks for bank account details up front. There's clearly a good reason for that - travel expenses - but it's also an ideal way to scam a whole lot of people.
I also can't find any other mention of it on the web.
Caution folks. The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -

When I click on register details there is not submit button or nothing.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -
It looks fairly cosher, but I'm afraid I wouldn't hand over my bank details in any shape or form like this. The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0

Why on earth not? What harm is there in giving your bank details?
Being a bit paranoid I think0 -

You will not need your French Phrase book

You'll just be a mob out for a free lunch... the free ticket will have t&c on certain times.0 -
