How important is the holiday? I may be inclined to say nothing and see what develops re a job offer with a view to cancelling my booking if necessary, holidays can be rearranged (unless a trip of a lifetime) perhaps not the job.
It would depend on the importance of the holiday against my desire for the job.0 -

Heather has already answered. Holiday cost a fortune so not much chance of going on another. This is what you save up and go to work for. I would pick the dream holiday everytime as life's too short..

The large organisations that i work in need multiple staff to help out with the interviews. This means you are unlikely to be interviewed by your future manager and there's no-one from HR. So it would be pointless to mention it then unless asked.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
