Please tell me when is the last date I should receive the POCs from the Claimant, if Claimant is stating in the Claim Form:
"I will provide the defendant with separate detailed particulars within 14 days after service of the claim form".
Would that be 20/12/17, if so I need to wait until that date with my response to the Court?0 -
You were right not to have to respond until you got the POC. I already said in my earlier reply, MCOL fails to deal with this properly as it doesn't seem compatible with any claim where the Claimant has said 'POC to follow' because not a single person at MCOL reads it.
So if a Claimant then wants to enforce the claim and get a CCJ by default, the CCB just lets them. That's why you need to ring the CCBC and ask them what date the Claimant told the CCBC that they had served these imaginary POC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
