That was a quick reply!

Dear Mr xxxx

We won’t audit a company who is not a member of the BPA’s Approved Operator Scheme. They hold corporate status only, which enables access to our knowledge data bases and to attend our corporate events.

You would need to raise your query with the International Parking Community (the IPC) who are the trade body for the company concerned as they would be responsible for auditing the company in that instance.

They can be reached at www.theipc.info.

dear Joanna Barnes

why have you sent me a link to joining the IPC , I have no interest as the signage at the car park stated (and still does) that the company are BPA AOS members

a formal complaint to trading standards along with copies of your pathetic replies will be included to them

You should be complaining to the IPC and DVLA.

by all means go through the motions and complain to all and sundry, but this wont go away until a court case happens OR the 6 years statute kicks in

However if this is still a windscreen ticket - ie. the RK has not received the notice to keeper then better to wait until that has arrived UNLESS the vehicle is a leased/ or company car.

I'm waiting to hear from the landowners and I was going to wait until the NTK arrived before I started the complaints elsewhere.

What to do for the best?

How did you link me with that advice, which was not given by me, but by logician in post #28. That would take some manipulation of the ‘Quote’ function. Why?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The landowners reply...

If you require to talk over the parking ticket and any associated issue you will need to contact Parking control company to talk over. The area in question is privately owned land with signs and sign on each bay so unfortunately I am not in a position to cancel the ticket.
