I've taken pics with a date stamp on them last night

Good, now make those complaints with every possible agency. Including the IPC, they don't get enough complaints because they make it difficult to do so.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

they left the BPA 19/11/2015, this is 2 weeks short of 2 yrs ago HOW repeat HOW can the IPC have audited and accepted the signage !!!

No doubt it was a paper exercise with UKPPO just sending pictures of their standard signs to the IPC but never actually getting around to replacing the signs on site.

that could not be classed as an audit , that would be a failure by the owners of the IPC

    who are they?

anyway they cannot rely on signage , as the signage is clearly defective and not fit for ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

You don't think with the comparatively small membership charges they levy they can afford to actually have boots on the ground carrying out site visits do you? Self-certification is the cost saving buzzword presently in vogue I believe.

How's being an ADR got anything to do with it? Do POPLA have boots on the ground corroborating evidence submitted by PPCs?

I suspect that the BPA /POPLa DO have boots on the ground , as they recently kicked out greater london keyholding , after viewing there signage , after I sent photos

GLK , stated that the signage had been changed , I disagreed , BPA sent investigator , GLK got p45

Are you going to complain to David Dunford and Trading Standards? You’ll have SIP on the ropes if they get involved.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
