Did anyone have their quarterly Marks statements - mine came with a £3 reward voucher (which was mainly the result of a code they sent in the last mailing which gave me 200 points for an online purchase)
I've also got a 200 points code again with this mailing for an online purchase so that will be one of my Quidco bonus orders
We went to Marks this morning to collect the bra I'd ordered - I had a £5 off bras offer on the Sparks card 3 weeks ago (card that was was totally unused) and at the time it was also the 20% weekend as well so I got it down to £3 (from £10) - also it was a Q/TCB? £2.50 bonus day when I made the order.
You can choose your own click and collect day so I chose one for this weekend and then put a reminder on the calendar to collect the order.
Oddly I had a 2nd order to also collect and this turned out to be for extra thick tights - using the 20% off code I got these for £4.80 - forgotten all about those.
On OHs sparks card this week he again has the food conditional spend offer, spend £10 get £2 off - this is the 4th time he has had this offer - I also get it off a £15 spend.
I got the vegetable kievs to try out, big box of tea bags, Cornish cheddar which is on offer (there was no proper mature cheddar only the rubber cheese on the ship we were on so I've been deprived of cheese for 2 weeks )
In the ice cream section there were SELS for reduced to clear ice lollies sadly none left but I got 2 tubs of Blackcurrant cheesecake icecream RTC for £1 each - like these :T

So a £10.33 shop reduced down to £8.33 and I used a credit note.
There is another £10 meal deal on this week but its a main, wine and you can choose either side or dessert but not both - well the sides are not that special anyway but even so its still a price rise. The vegetable kievs are in this deal but as they are only £3 compared to the cost of some of the mains it def feels like you are not getting a good deal.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Thanks for the Argos help
I went for the witches hat for 30p, I shall wrap it up and give it to my sister for Xmas !!;)

On the minus side though I am sure I did the Virgin train offer at the same time and neither account even have the purchase showing - is that the same for everyone?
My account has a new LNER bonus for 750 points valid until mid December - still worth doing for a £1.20 spend if these bonus points get awarded so quickly.
Neither of us have an new Virgin or GNW offers.
The miserable 250 points from the Argos shop either - I know some people got 1000 points - did anyone receive them.
This was the code that came with the targeted email on September 21st so its now been over 60 days depending on when you made and collected your order.
Mhoc, my Virgin points aren't showing (not even base points) either. I was going to chase but if GWR points all show I might take the hit this time, rather than have anyone look too closely!“Life moves pretty fast. Picasso, all of this talk of Kenwoods has made me reconsider where it lives and I'm considering keeping it in the corner of my worktop too. It's coming out tomorrow for the Christamas cake, so I'll give it a try and see how we get on.
It's so heavy to lug out of a cupboard! I made a cover for mine, very simple to do, oval bits at the side (straight at the base) and one piece of fabric running from the base at the front, over the Kenwood, down to the base at the back. I stiffened it with an old coat but the top fabric matches my kitchen blind. That way the mixer stays clean and every so often I chuck the cover into the washing machine. I made the cover a bit loose so it's easy to put on and off. I keep my K beater and other implements in the bowl.
I hope the cake goes well!0 -

I shall definitely have to check before I next go on the train though, as great western is our local line.
I normally don't, but this one is a no-brainer as the confirmation e-mail states that you have earned the bonus points so it would be easy to chase up if necessary. I'm waiting for marmalade to finish cooking and will then try the 1000 points thing and if Nectar are still open, may try getting another card or two.0
