:A Mum RIP :A she died this morning Carehome found her in bed unresponsive :(

tweets, I am so sorry to hear your news. Please take care of yourself and I know exactly what you are going through.

My head is spinning with all the things that have to be done.

I am taking my mum away this weekend, we need a break, and to get away from the door knocking and phone ringing.

A nice long walk on the beach will be welcomed.

    Hope everyone is ok.

We have been doing 16 Regina for a fiver at wilko with 2.50 QC bonuses, not Robbins but better than nowt.

I am way behind at sains, only 3 of 8 sets of vouchers got and only 2 sets spent on ill fitting electrical and it is already Friday. Better do some more this evening.

Zippy it depends on what you're planning on doing with it. However if you are just planning on pouring it over cooked pasta then you can just heat the contents of the jar gently in a saucepan. You want it to heat through but not boil, so bring it to a gentle simmer for around 5 minutes.

You could also heat it in the microwave if you'd prefer.
