Its been about a year since I have had it, I just remembered trying it next year just before the double up, and I liked it, im not too fussed on the TTD prossecco they sell.

I now think I have enough fizz/champers to last a rather long time.

    Thanks again
I've just got enough points left for another batch of wine.
I'm going to spend all of mine this time.

Did you see Lidl's response to JL ad Nettie?

Plus....they might have stopped the free cake and coffee. We received our vouchers today and it's a free hot drink when you buy a meal:o

I got the usual cake and drink on one card (the one I have combined with waities); nothing on the other.

Not heard or seen her since Sunday.

She wasn't good feeling sick not eating not going dining room for her meals.

Lost loads weight. Wasting away :(

Home rang doc last Friday go visit her doc wouldn't go said they knew mums history and sent some pills.

She was going dentist today with a neighbour from old flat for new false teeth. She lost a full set top and bottom and a bottom set. Lost them all in same week around July so only got top teeth :)

They never turned up but she got habit taking them out and wrapping in a tissue so probably thrown them away.

So last week mum kept ringing me and home told me about doc when I went Friday.

I wont ring mum because she never answers phone. Cant text mum cant find them nor answer.

She had visitors Tuesday Wednesday and Dentist today that's why I not been .

If not upset after visiting tomorrow will update normally feel down with her all weekend even though I try not to let her get to me .

    Sorry about the essay

    No apologies necessary Tweets!

It seems that she's in a good place and you should take some comfort from that and just do what you can.

bit strange about her Doctor though, but maybe they know her very well

I did a genuine return of a duvet cover and received cash, because I had paid the balance in cash. ;)

I used my debit card rather than a cash back credit card just in case I ended up returning anything as losing cash back would be painful...
    I think....

Free hot drink and cake for me too. I've only spent £4 in the last few months so maybe they're trying to entice me back?

Night all, hope tomorrow brings the start of all the discounted presents you need :money:

I'm feeling grumpy tonight over Children in Need. The front of A is littered with big yellow Children in Need T Shirts and paraphenalia. Most will be worn for a day and end up in landfill. Some children will be upset as some parents may not be able to afford the stuff. Valuable resources are being wasted.

Can we simply not just donate to Children in Need without all this waste?
Totally agree TM. In the old days children paid 50p to charity for a non uniform day and just wore 'normal' clothes.

The Christmas jumper/dress thing is the same, wear it once and then what?

It has to be specific trains - the LNER offer has to be LNER trains, Virgin West Coast offer has to use the Virgin West Coast train. There aren't many of them hence the ones quoted - you can double check during when booking as they show their logos.

If you have chosen the wrong one, could you cancel and rebook? Still worth booking the right one as even at £2.40 (2x£1.20 tickets) you would be £2.60 or £7.60 up ;).

Also worth booking LNER too - notice I was (Little Anon was :D) going from Haymarket to Waverley, not from Waverley to Haymarket (on this occasion :))

I think if you cancel there's a £10 admin. fee, so it wouldn't be available on a low value ticket of £1.20 (would end up costing more - therefore cancellation not available according to their website) so, , like me:o, you just have to book again, second time the right train, and pay twice as much for the points:(. Hoping that the first train was 'only' £1.20. So, for me, I did end up paying twice as much for the train but in the end still be getting points worth more back.

I've now got the right train time for the 1000pts offer in time for yesterday but I think I messed it up again and had to book twice - I put an incorrect security code for my debit card due to not being able to read one of the digits correctly but then went through to a screen for separate approval from my bank - despite the fact I ended up with a screen saying the payment had been approved, I think I neglected to go through to the final booking screen so it seems it didn't actually book. I hope so anyway - so, somewhere there is a payment authorised that I hope will not now be taken. I did not get any booking confirmation email almost straight away, went through the process again, this time with the correct security code, and then went through the approval screen and finished the booking off it seems correctly this time. I got a booking confirmation email and it looks like just once, so hopefully I have rescued the matter and will only be charged once this time. Last time was twice - once for an incorrect operator train (I was trying to get it done quickly and over with otherwise it will never be done at all). As of yesterday, the available balance in my bank account (which accounts for debit card payments that have not yet been taken) reflected just one payment of £1.20. I hope it has remained that way, although I can't see straight off as I've bought other things with my debit card since that are unrelated.

If they have a similar, but not the same, offer again; if I try it again, with any luck I will get it third time right.
