    Good morning.

Last night dh got a big youghurt out of the fridge, as I was going to bed i says save the lid, he replies, okay.
This morning.....No sign of the lid, this was our conversation.....
    Where's the lid?
    What lid?
    The lid off your yoghurt!
    In the bin!
I told you to save it
    What for?
    TM
    Whats TM?
    Truly madly
Why does she want my lid?
    Teatowels!
    You're mad!

    I then read marmites posts
And 12 (or 20 I can't remember)little robins flew into my basket and I took them home safely
    DH,
    What does that mean?
    Loo rolls
oh good its not just you....you're all mad, and he went to work
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have similar conversations most days:rotfl::rotfl:

Same here, @'s ad is a bit bling isn't it?

Did you see Lidl's response to JL ad Nettie?

Plus....they might have stopped the free cake and coffee. We received our vouchers today and it's a free hot drink when you buy a meal:o

    Morning all!

I've still got 2 blocks of that Lidl cheese from when it was last on offer. :o

10p on Quidco for me today after a long spell of PDEs.

Also....didn't somebody say that there was a MOC for Breyers in the new T magazine?

We are down to our last inch of cheese. I will have to buy some just to get us through to next weekend:o

    Is that a euphemism?
    Happy baking! :rotfl:

    No:D

Actually it was cooking not baking.

I was making Delia's Spicey chickpea cakes....you would think she could make them herself wouldn't you.:rotfl:

I was on hours and only made 24. Spices had to be toasted and ground down. Chickpeas blitzed and then fried.

    We had 4 for tea and I've frozen 20 for a soiree:D

Thanks Queen Dizzy! I'd not spotted that before but haven't got anything sensible. I'll keep an eye out though. Thank you.

It's worth watching. Today I've got 5% back in morrisons but annoyingly, not valid in a petrol station  I've had 5% back in S and co-op and various eateries :) some places are 10% off. Not the biggest amounts but they mount up :)

No sign of any loo rolls.

I used the self scan gun, paid for my shopping then noticed that a 50p bag of Yorkshires had scanned as a £4 T shirt!
    No idea how that happened?!

    .

Perhaps someone was walking past and you just scanned them:rotfl:

Thanks also curl girls I might get a pizza ex it will pay for the drinks when I use clubcard, yes I know club card aren't as good as before but I don't eat out much and most of the other exchanges are not use to me.

The pizza express we use occasionally can't get a signal when trying to process the gift cards
OH got frustrated/embarrassed last time, getting his wallet out and saying why can't we pay cash!

If anyone has Sweet Sunday tickets to use up (they expire on Sunday), Cineworld has just started taking advanced bookings for Wreck it Ralph 2 in December. :j

I forgot I treated a mate to go and see Venom which means I'm one free ticket short of what I need :( I'm going to have to PAY for a ticket

I overheard a customer service assistant telling someone that if something was returned having been bought with double up then a gift card would be given at the purchase price. The customer was concerned because she was buying a TV and had been told by an SA that she would only get half the price back as it would have been prior to double up.

I did a genuine return of a duvet cover and received cash, because I had paid the balance in cash. ;)
