thanks to the OP - just had a look at the menu list for the M&S £8 meal deal- to use with the £2 wys £15 offer.
It looks quite good value if you have a fully stocked Marks - not sure what of the mains you can freeze?
We have had the vegetarian lasagne from Aldi which is gorgeous and about £4 but as I have marks credit notes this makes better sense.

Morning all. Hope everyone is well.
This looks like a good deal but I've never understood subscribe and save. Can anyone tell me how to get the discount on the cat food please ?

I tend to opt for "every 6 months" and then after delivery I cancel the subscribe and save“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. 6% statement credit on a transaction of £50+ in-store and online at Morrisons by 19/11/2018. Valid every time for the first 35,000 Cardmembers to save. Terms, location and payment restrictions apply.
get a £100 statement credit on an eligible transaction of £500+ online at Cunard Cruises
get a £5 statement credit on eligible spend of £30+ online using PayPal
Are you tempted by the Cunard one?
Just wondering about the last minite deals.
The first time we went on Q V we got a last minute for a week in December for £499 each - and a balcony but that was going back a few years - it was a bit of madness but it turned out to be fabulous.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Same as that, from virgin @ £90 + to Now bb superfibre and landline with free anytime calls at £35 a month with freeview that has almost as many channels as virgin , pay as you go movies/ entertainment that you can buy vouchers for on Ebay/Amazon 😃
Last year we had 12 months of virgin at 11.xx a month all in, so far this year we have had 4 months of BT where they paid us just under 200 net and now 3 months of SSE on which we are currently up 50 quid. Ideally we are looking for the biggest upfront bribe with a company that has form for in contract price increases.....I think....0 -
Do any elite know any recent/soon to be grads/MAs/PhDs who are looking for an analytical grad job. Ideally numerate to the extent of having an A at a level maths, as the company I work for is trying to recruit.I think....0

Well the grumpy one is now officially retired and I know it is only a week in, but we haven't argued yet, which in itself is unusual!!:rotfl::rotfl:
He has, so far this week, done the ironing, which he used to do but hasn't touched since I retired and also cleaned the bedroom!!:T:T
We are having 'meetings' re how to invest his lump sum - he usually gets very angry as he can't manage his online banking well. But we are getting there!
I had unexpected tax rebate of over £2k today:T:T I was expecting about 200:T:T:T:T
I am following this story with great interest, the unexpected issues that come up will be very interesting - inevitably it will be us one day if and when OH retires.
I am very surprised that you have not argued yet - I fully expect my OH to be in A&E in the first week - not joking either
The lump sum - I expect you have filled both of your ISAs for this year? That's a start and then there are some one year, two year, five year bonds if you want to put money aside for a specific project in 1,2 or 5 years time - eg holiday payment, house refurbishments, changing the car etc.
I am very impressed that the grumpty one is ironing and has cleaned a bedroom.
OH is home this morning and we have a couple of hours before we have to go out and OK I admit I have got side tracked by catching up with the shenanigans going on here ...
OH says " we have a couple of hours yet so we can relax"
I said well you could always vaccum and he said "No" and went and sprawled on the sofa.
No one is vaccuming this morning.
He has emptied the cat litter trays and washed the cat dishes and that will be the full extent of his exertions today apart from tea boy.
He has never cleaned a bedroom ever.
Retirement will be the same old same old - it will still be me cleaning the bedroom, the bathrooms, the vaccumming, doing the laundry most of the cooking and all of the kitchen cleaning and washing up ... such is life.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
MHOC you and I are sooo alike.
I dreaded the thought of having OH around but fate lent a hand and I got permanent home leave early.
He is unwell but as we have the small business we have handed it over to DS1 and OH goes in and "helps" .
He still thinks he is in charge and is invaluable for estimating etc but despite his reduced activity does he lend a hand ...does he heck ?
I noticed the other evening we were having dinner and watching tv and he had been served food, drink, snacks, drinks - you get my drift..... but as soon as I asked him to let the dog out he was off to the loo as he needed to go , yeah right.
We do tend to bicker a bit if theres a job to be done but its always me that instigates the work and him that starts the bicker.
I told him last night that the house would fall down around his ears and he wouldn't even notice as he is oblivious of his surroundings !0 -

You get two free lounge passes for airports, decent referral bonus joining (or recommending someone else) and some decent offers come up for £X back on £Y spend (seems to be more than my N3ctar, but then I have been using this card mostly so perhaps linked to regular use?).

Easy enough - subscribe to get the discount price, then if you wish cancel the subscription immediately once it arrives.
