I didn't realise that the coupons worked on anything else - mind you, my brain is still catching up after our slightly problematical flights back from Cyprus yesterday.

So far as talking to friends with major health issues/bereavements is concerned, I am with the 'ask them gently if they want to talk' group.
I don't think the 'cross the road/avoid at all costs' attitude helps anyone.

There are Baked Fusions, rather than the normal Fudions if I understood correctly.

If you have an additional card on your N3ctar card, can they register for the app and get different offers? If they got the train bonus, for example, and you had it on your main account, would you get it twice? Just wondering if an individual could have more than one card ...?

    Thanks

I just say 3 or 4 transaction I did pick the younger cashiers but generally don’t have bother in that store. After all I am buying other stuff so three shops on the belt is better than me shopping in asda :rotfl:

As usual I am not doing it right (or at least started off not doing it right). The first day I tried, I took just three coupons with me to a store. Someone else and me - them doing one shop (of a multipack of crisps), me doing two shops (of a multipack of crisps each), the first me bringing the crisps to them, just outside of store after we've finished at around the same time and them back to the car whilst I buy the second pack. (Getting them to do more than one transaction is bound to go wrong:rotfl:.) So, it all worked, to plan,

and, after I came out with my second pack, I really thought I could have gone back in and bought far more. Wish I had taken more coupons with me. I then made the same mistake at another store:(, at which there weren't many crisps left by that point anyway, again took only a few coupons, could have done more:(. I am now keeping all the coupons I have left in the car, and I picked up a few more mags. yesterday, but at this point I can't find stock (at least unless I look at the Baked Fusions).

The ones in A earlier, with nowehere-near-as-good crisps glitch before the APG closed, were BB December and I didn't expect much beyond that - however those I have from T now are BB February next year, so at least a further two months of supply needed for after Christmas.

As for buying other stuff -. No chance, not just yet:rotfl:.

My challenge (that I have set myself) with the washing line seems to be working (touch wood) at the moment. In the past I've normally put them inside from around this time of year with the heating on:eek:. So far they have dried and therefore it seems to be working, although it is still only October. This is even though, with the lower sun in the sky, the direct sun to speed things up a bit didn't reach the back garden, where the washing line is, in the past couple of days. It was shining round the front of the house and, later, a couple of hours over the back yard in front of the garden.

On the first of the days, it had me 'desperately' trying to get the items dry. I took a large towel off the washing line, for that was all that would fit on my single portable clothes line, and put it on my premises in front of the house, in front of the sun, and it worked. That item got fully dry before the sun set and light started to fade. A couple of pairs of jeans, which were also still soaking wet when taken out of the garden, put on the bins in the yard or over some brickwork, didn't dry:(. The other items still in the garden, most of them did dry, of sorts, by sunset (just about) - I then rehung the jeans on the garden washing line to stay for the night and they dried the following day. Meanwhile my second (and third) loads were going into the washing machine as, really, the following day was supposed to be a better day with less cloud forecast. I then took them out - late at night as usual - and hung them around the jeans.

As mentioned, the jeans dried the next day but nearly all of the rest of the stuff didn't:(. Probably about a couple of socks did dry but nowt else (sighs). This was now yesterday and even after I had tried with three different clothes being taken to the front of the house and then to the yard when the sun went in at the front after only a couple of hours:(. It came out in the yard then but not much. However - clothes back to the garden washing line, it now being 5-6pm, despite becoming wetter after sunset with higher humidity that was supposed to last much of today. There was supposed to be fog earlier today which may have complicated the situation, increasing humidity and making the clothes stay wet - or, even, get wetter than they were before - that may have happened during the night last night (with an increase from 2% to 10% chance of rain at 6am:eek:) but, when I eventually got up late morning (it is the weekend:rotfl:) there has been no fog and, surprisingly, the clothes are nearly dry now. We even have sun in the back garden:j, which now seems to be staying (maybe touch wood again:rotfl:) and another couple of hours of it or so should dry things completely as long as I bring them in a little before sunset and humidity setting in again. There are no more to go out at this stage and I'm now waiting to Monday for the next load (which is starting to be created) and a further one I will probably have by then, as we are supposed to be back at a few good days in a row around then. In fact, I will probably be washing the clothes on Sunday evening (tomorrow! - life is too short) and them being put out on Sunday night. I like when I can just put them there and not have to watch for rain the rest of the day.

Why didn't I notice the Breyers's Delight is now £3 and not £5, so £1.50 coupon makes it £1.50 a tub, cheapest elsewhere £2.50 in Morries.
