Staff are ok with mum . This one raised her voice at mum because
mum wont listen they are only thinking of her safety and well being so they are trying to declutter stuff she doesn't need, Which I agree with. Also she tried telling mum while she walking moving stuff she not in control of her walking frame and that's what is causing her to keep falling.
