    Evening All,

I spent my last APGs yesterday on my normal shopping. Thinking it would probably be my last visit there for a long time, I wandered around thinking about all the glitches from the past.
I even went down the gluten free aisle to see if they still sold UDIs. Anyway I've just checked my receipt for old times sake not expecting anything but it has generated a £6 APG so looks like I will be going back after all.

You probably already know this but the interesting one for me was the 2 large packs of M&Ms (Sweet Sundays packet), it works out at £1.80 for a free cinema ticket.

2x Branston Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce (4x410g) £4.00 £3.50

    APG £11.64. :D

Well done on such a high APG. Against Morrisons, yet again! Obviously the place to shop after all this ends:rotfl:.

(It's actually due to them paying some ridiculous price on the Veet Sensitive Cream. A bit like my shopper buying Glades at full price. I have had some receipts where S has come out cheaper, and T of course, and one was cheaper at W:rotfl:. It does seem to be M though probably just over half the time.)

    Just checking todays AvS
They only had the conditioner 90ml so had to get 3 of them (used 1 x £1.50 SSM coupon - not able to get more than 1 coupon of a type via SSM)
The Fizzy Strawberry wands still work as a trigger (don't show on APG) in the 5 for £1 with curly wurly.
and my coupons went through without having to call supervisor on a manned till. The SA just checked I'd got the products (also used my Febreze £1 off SSM coupon) and entered them as Manufacturers coupons.
This gave me a £4.55 return

    1x Galaxy Smooth Milk Chocolate Bar 4 Pack (4x42g) £2.00 £1.00
    1x ASDA Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce (210g) £0.29 £0.26
    3x Aussie Miracle Moist Conditioner For Dry,Really Thirsty Hair (90ml) £6.60 £4.50
0.14x ASDA Grower's Selection Loose Banana (order by number of bananas or select kg) (per kg) £0.11 N/A
    4x Cadbury Curly Wurly Bar (26g) £1.40 £1.00
    1x ASDA Grower's Selection Cucumber (each) £0.55 £0.50
1x ASDA Smart Price Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (400g) £0.29 £0.30
1x ASDA Smart Price Sliced Carrots in Water (300g) £0.20 £0.20
1x Febreze Air Freshener Spray Cotton Fresh (300ml) £2.00 £2.00

inidentally I used my Bold 3 in 1 £2 SSM coupon in the following transaction off the 16 pod tub which was half price at £3. I mentioned the deal yesterday but I misinformed and said it was a 38 pod tub.
Who on earth would pay the full £6 for 16 pods. I wouldn't even want to pay £3 but now APG is ending is that what I'll have to start doing!

Simone .....are you registered with Victoria. There's a batch of new coupons just come out. From memory its Bold and Ariel pods, unstoppables andother stuff. Might be worth having in your wallet:)

Well my legs have toothache. This is the first time I've sat down today.

Everything is cooked and packed away for our coffee morning tomorrow. All did not go well.

I've never used Betty Crocker icing before but got some when they were glitching. I don't like it. I used the vanilla one. It's far too sweet, not buttery enough and has an awful after taste.

I used cornflour instead of baking powder so didn't get the rise I wanted:o

Finally the cake cases I thought were muffin cases turned out to be little one so I had to venture out for more.

Anyway these are the leftover rasp and white chocolate ones. Help yourself:)
    Somebody put the kettle on:)

    Those look delicious!

Michaels, probably too late but you did it right by just using one coupon. Although I guess using more would be even better and would actually make them free.

I've got a chicken roasting in the oven at the moment. If you get there at just the right time our local Co-op does fabulous whoopsies. I got a whole chicken for 50p! They had two there but I don't have any space in the freezer so I had to let it go. I did however get a hunters chicken ready meal for two for 60p, tuna and sweetcorn sandwich filler for 14p and a few other things. :-)

Thanks, had 2 coupons (one from DW) and bought 6 minis but realised afterwards that we only needed to buy 3 and then would have made a profit.

We had a woopsied chicken bought and cooked yesterday with baked potatoes - why do I find simple food so much nicer than poncey recipes?
    I think....
