I really don't know what their problem is! We spend money in the cafe and we do our shopping in their store.....little do they know that the shopping is virtually free by the time Ellie14 has finished with her coupons. Which reminds me I've got a pile for you Ellie14 :rotfl:

My mum said she had a walnut liqueur in Yugoslavia I'll Google it now.

    Afternoon peeps.
Has anyone seen any cheap microwaves on offer anywhere please?
I always spot them when I don't need one, but mine has just blown, checked the fuse but no luck!

Tweets, my Mum was the same. As she got older and more confused she became very difficult and could be nasty enough to have me in tears by the time I got home from visiting her. In contrast, my brother - who hadn't been to visit her for 5/6 years after his C** of a wife had an argument with Mum - could do no wrong. I always felt the sun, moon and stars shone out of his arris so far as Mum was concerned. BUT, Mum apparently never stopped talking about me when I wasn't there and apparently praised me up to the skies. She wouldn't do anything at all that the care staff wanted and always insisted that the 'ask my Wendy first'. It was the same when she was in hospital - wouldn't even take any meds unless I was there to re-assure her. She also always wanted to hold my hand even when she was having a go at me !

It was hard but I knew she didn't mean any of it - it was the meds and dementia that was causing it all. Your Mum loves you, never forget that whatever she says to you.

Three quarters of this rings true with my mum. I will admit I have been in tears before I have even left the building then hope I see no one when walking home or they will wonder what's up with me.

Mum does call my brother its my son her only grandchild that can do no wrong . He gets away with anything . Also Poppy she adores Poppy and her face brightens up when I take her.

I know she loves me and I love her

Did we know that ketchup crisps are no longer an invisible trigger?

Otherwise did the aussie (they are diddy), just got the smallest £1 fairy for SSM as the other sizes didn't match A to S, doritos and 9 kitkats are on offer at £1 in S so 90p via apg.

Edit: think I got the aussie wrong - should I have printed multiple SSMs, one for each bottle?
    I think....

    Womble today

    Vs T
1x ASDA Farm Stores Apples (Colour and Variety may vary) (500g) £0.75 £0.47

Typical that the shops now closed here and don't know if it will work tomorrow - this looks like it has got linked up to 520g apples pack at T and offer on that was supposed to be on for another week I think.

One person had the right idea - they left me a receipt with the part with the TC# on it missing:(. Otherwise we shall see how much the rest of the public has let blow away today.

I am "in trouble" (not really) with the M list, as I am been taken out of the day for several hours due to extra wombles every weekend until next week. I am up-to-date (probably) with what has expired in M and crossed that off the list (as far as I can, might come across something I have missed later when going through the 16 pages of information I am to do) - I've already been up-to-date that way for several days but got lots and lots of items to add on from the last big collection. Might take me the rest of the month to update it and somehow I was to do a smaller collection this Wednesday as the final one proper to tide me over but I won't be fully updated on the list on this thread by then so not sure how I will re-check it - might just do the expected to be expired items and see whether there have been any sneaky increases on any of the SP-equivalent range, which was what I was supposed to do last time I was in this situation but ended up doing the price collection fully (as far as the items in my store permitted) - so hard to do an incomplete job:rotfl:!

(For me it is - for the vast majority of people, it seems to be the opposite way on a number of different things - for most people, it's very easy to do an incomplete job and so hard ever to do anything completely as that's how people seem to work - it seems they were clearly incomplete at one of my stores, removing the mbuy label from two out of three versions of Sea Isle cans - and I happened not to have them at any other store - but I think they are clearly all now on straight price. "Trouble" is I am looking into every detail, into which they do not go. (It's not a trouble though, hence the quotes - the actual trouble is that people do an incomplete top- or bottom-sliced job.) Strange selection of stores this time, in what was a two-day collection - I used to have one with almost "the full" world foods range, although no store it seems ever has full - but this time built it up like a jigsaw from four separate stores each with about a different quarter of the range, plus my Kosher items from elsewhere and Halal items from another store that had some of the world foods range but the rest was at one or other of the other stores earlier on - rather interesting complexity of how I have managed to build up "everything" - but, unfortunately, visiting more stores ends up with two extra pages of information from each. (Logistical reason why not using my earlier store - too long to travel and have enough time at the store and couldn't get back in time to do my other commitments here at home.) I was also searching for a different flavour of an item, that, by store eight, I started feeling was something that M 'probably doesn't have' - so seemed to be trying to find something that does not exist - and then ended with a store that has the item:rotfl:. On RTC but looks like worse price than the offer on the other flavour. There you are - looking for what was "non-existent", only to find it exists!)

I have been checking the 'extra receipts' over the past day - wasn't much worth commenting on but got £5.30 vs Sains. on one of them as they bought a lot of chocolate and A has these 4 and 3 pack chocolate bars at well expensive £2 price:eek:! I have noted lot of little things on the system's M comp., which will be be incorporated into the M list.

  • Hi, have received £5 bonus on £10 spend email from TCB.

Does anyone know if Wilko counts as £10 spend for TCB or do you need to actually spend £12 to factor in the vat pls? Need to order some storage if poss.

Popped into M&S today and large 460g boxes of Liquorice Allsorts scanning at £1. Best before date March 2019.

Also Morrison's have lots of different lightbulbs scanning at 50p & £1 including the vintage led style ones.

With Wilko I have always erred on the side of caution and spend £12 - -its worked as I have received previous bonuses

Nice £10 air freshener* - hope it's one of the Glade Auto Spray units on £5 in M or W, and...

    Yes!!:j:j

1x Glade Automatic Spray Unit with Relaxing Zen Refill (each) £10.00 £5.00:j

On RTC in M!:D One that I have lost from my stores in the last few weeks (I now have Clean Linen on £5 offer price, not an RTC item) and didn't have this time or wasn't bothered enough to do a full search for something I already have had and 'know' wouldn't have changed. Glad those collection stores (possibly one of them) have it.

    Also vs M,

    1x Glade Automatic Spray Refill Bali Sandalwood & Jasmine (269ml) £4.00 £2.50:rotfl::T
So, nice £8.95 return on M. comp on the shop overall.
(This is not to suggest that my RTC items will work - some of them are well old that I suspect they will not.)

*"Nice", that is, in terms of being bought on a womble and giving us APG.

Lots of lightbulbs on my list - think I may have finished updating what I have, unless there are one or two in the information still to be reached. Seems to be everything except the large bayonet cap - i.e. the most popular, 'standard' type of light bulb fitting to me. Those seemed to be on £2. After collecting loads of information on light bulbs over the past three weeks, and just doing that for the list without me ever buying anything:wall:, I suddenly decided I needed some light bulbs on Friday and, as I haven't a clue about the full range that is on the list - I just keep adding/changing whatever I have in my information and was still yet to do most of this task to show this week's latest changes/additional ones I've found - all the information dispersed around numerous stores - I just, without checking what was on my own list as I didn't have time, went to a nearby M to see if they had the light bulbs I wanted only to find the large bayonet cap ones apparently at £2 price.

I think they had larger packs but price per bulb was the same. No good for me therefore as looking for 50p for a bulb, or even two - but turned out one of my As still has 75p on large bayonet cap bulbs, and they are packs of two so 37.5 each:), and can buy with APGs:D. Other A just has new range at, obviously, normal expensive prices for light bulbs - in fact both As now have new range but one of mine still has some of the RTC ones around. They are diminishing in stock it seems and I decided, with the new range appearing, now was the time to buy the old ones.

Anyway, if you want the ones in M, as I am a walking advertisement for them:(, there is a fair selection on my list. May even find one or two more later on. I also have lots of £3 DVDs now on the list, having failed to have all of them previously from my earlier stores and suspect that, thanks to my stores not having everything for me, I am probably still incomplete. Just proof that I do (occasionally!) update the list all the way to that final "Miscellaneous" section:rotfl:. Again, maybe yet more somewhere in the rest of my pages of info., so, if you don't see one that your store has, just give me a chance for however ages-long it takes me to update the list, to see if I have it - and, then, if it's still missing, you know more than me.
