Dd just disembarked from the Ventura at Southampton after her first cruise. She was so sea sick she had to call the emergency Dr's twice, have injections, tablets and anti sickness wrist bands! I didn't think you would get that sea sick on such a big ship when it was calm the whole time. She missed half the meals and spent a lot of time in bed. Guess it will be her last cruise.:rotfl:

They've been bothering me for a while after walking too much in flat shoes I think. I walk quite a bit at work but while I've been off, I've been getting lots of steps in. I've averaged about 14k per day but hit 18k while in FrAnce. We have a stone floor in the house too and I need to stop walking barefoot:o
I'm not a slipper person but found some really comfy ones in Marksies yesterday using my 20% off I got them for £10:T
I tried the blue ones on which fit lovely but decided on the grey and bought them.
I've just tried them on and they don't fit. They have to be wrongly sized:o I really can't face another trip today:o. Hey ho.
anyway anyone with heel trouble want to throw some advice my way?
Then there's the towels. I asked mr TM to stick them in the washer last night. He put all the ones that had just been washed, dried and aired back in the washer.:o :rotfl: Honestly. The dirty ones are still waiting for some TLC:rotfl:
So my Sunday begins:)
And you know the old saying ....a Sunday well spent makes a week of content:D
Meal planning, meal prepping, ironing.........making going back to work tomorrow a tad easier:D
Good morning.
TM - I have had Plantar Fasciitus in my left foot since May. It is really painful, I can hardly walk when I first get up on a morning. Doctor told me it could take up to 12 months to fully get better. I do exercises on the stairs with balls of my feet on stairs and lowering my heels back to stretch my calf. You hold this for 20 to 60 seconds & repeat 6 times twice a day. This is what the doctor gave me. It does help but is painful.0 -

I have just returned from Morries where they have correct SEL of £2.00 and do scan at that
Obviously won't work on APG, but may well be worth a Morries online shop as it worked well on the gammon a few weeks back

Aww bless her.
Not a good introduction.
Iona is just doing 7 day Norway ffjord cruises - same itinery over and over - starting in Stavanger and ending in Bergen with 2 other ports inbetween ... with so many cabins there might be last minite deals to be had - the maiden cruise is 9 days but the ports are the same so it must have 2 extra sea days.
2020 - I cant think that far ahead either.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
