Yup, it serves 2 purposes. Firstly, it activates the store for spending in from the next day but also by doing a shop in Sainsburys they get confirmation of the points balance showing on their receipt so they know exactly how much they have to spendApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Shame there's no offers on at the moment for cashback or bonus CC points when opening
Trying not to be a spoilsport. Be careful of money laudering laws, banks/credit card companies etc are obliged to report "unusual" activity to the authorities. So make sure everything is very transparent "if" they investigate it.
I believe "The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002" can allow law enforcement to seize assets before any proof if criminality is made, in effect make the onus on the person to prove the assets are theirs lawfully.
Don't quote me, just my interpretation and if large amounts keep going in and out of accounts, questions may be raised.
If it is just rinse and repeat I cannot thinmk there would be a problem, but it might still be looked into.

My auntie and uncle used to live in Worsley and I remember them taking me to that tesco I must have only been about eight or nine I had never seen a shop so big in all my life, it was also the first time I saw a supermarket selling other things besides food.
And :eek::mad: I've just checked my receipt from yesterday's shop t did compare to morries at £7.49 you see you snooze you lose, serves me right for leaving it so long.
Waities never have the item I go for here so annoying. I did use my conditional spends though, got steaks and fizz........ a good combination for the weekend :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
