I'm still waiting to be thanked for last year's gifts, so have decided not to buy nieces and nephews this year. They are mostly working now and don't seem to appreciate any gifts. :(

I managed to get there for 10.30 ish.
Lots of people with trolleys full by then.
I only got about 8 things for me, I phoned my sister to see if she would join me but I don't think she likes to be seen rummaging on sale rails. :rotfl: She's already phoned to see if I got her anything though.....

The local lady who owns a shop was there again, she buys most of it, think she must have inside information.

I think m&s are changing their tactics, normally 90% sales are on Thursday s, also staff dont know till very late when they're on.

    My muller shop from earlier
Used the coconut rice as an invisible trigger:)

I had to pay full price for tomatoes and mushrooms. I wouldn't have bothered but we have company staying and I'm mentally cooking breakfasts as I post. :rotfl:

I don't know TS, you see plenty of men wearing boxer shorts under swimming trunks, so why not bras under cosies

A friend gave me a swimming costume that she had had a bra sewn inside of..... it was lovely and comfortable!

Why are L0tto running adverts with "Who Wins If You Win"?

It is none of their business! But I have wondered, if you won and gave someone some of your winnings, would they lose a proportion in tax? If yes, is there an Elite way around it? The things I worry about when this is a hypothetical situation ... :D.

As TS says, it would be fine as it was a gift, unless you die before 7 years were up, but it may affect benefits if they were on them.
