....and I wanted huggies but didn't have time to do to A
because after having coffee with a friend whos had a knee op, and leaving dh waiting for deliveries at 6pm I laid 8 paving slabs
tomorrow I want to put up 1 fencing panel,
ive dug over an area of the garden slabbed some of it and fenced it off as storage for wheelbarrow etc0 -
the other small area I dug over I made a gnome garden...which is very unlike me...
I know ive gone completely mad!!!
it all started last year at my nieces wedding, in her garden she had 2 small toadstool tables and stools for the kiddies one she got from QD the other from the range, they looked so cute and thought my 2 little gs would love them.
so toadstool+stools bought from qd.
but I needed a gnome.
I have always thought those gnomes in A are hideous (sorry just my opinion) anyway I wanted one..
my son bought me one for my birthday.
he was playing golf and on the driving range and popped into A on the way home (Charlton area I think he said) this was at midnight, I think he went so he wasn't seen ..ha ha
as he came out of shop carrying Primrose, well she had to be named, security stopped him, apologised but asked him if he had a receipt and said he looked so ridiculous with the gnome under his arm that he could have been a shoplifter..they both had a chuckle.
so now primrose looks rather happy in her garden with the toadstools a couple of dinky rtc gnomes and several of those light bulb solar lights from pounland
Its magical at night time
... oh well the little gs loved it last week0 -
i think ive bored everyone to tears as i seem to be by myself..
think i better go and talk to Primrose.....ha ha

The Samuel stuff seems to have gone up in price compared to the other day. I wanted to get a 0 but now they £15. Im sure they were £10 the other day. Got an initial and a 5 for my sisters 50th. Of course will get her other stuff but thought they would be good keepsakes.0 -
