Oh Durham that is so sad. I seem to be hearing it more and more this year, I am so sorry for your sister and nieces.
These fires are still burning too and I heard this morning that a member of the public had gone up for a nosey and suffered smoke inhalation and they had to get the mountain rescue out to them, !!!!!! is wrong with people.
I'm off to my e xcercise class again this morning at physio, I hadn't realised until I was coming out Last week that it was purely for breast cancer patients. They have only suffered with it in the last six months and I'd forgotten what it was like, thankfully, a lot has happened in the last three years and I'm eternally grateful to have been here to see it.
Enjoy your day whatever you do.0 -

morning all
been up since 5 and painted all my decking at the back! Need to jet wash the shed and other decking small bit so that can get a lick as well - then clean out the 6 bunnies.
Finally starting to see an end to the mess in my house, how long it lasts for though is anyone's guess with the 6 weeks holiday starting soon lol0 -
Morning all
Durham (((hugs)))
This is just my personal opinion A lot of folk find it so difficult to talk to the bereaved family that they sort of lose touch with them Make sure your family get all the counselling available to help with this most tragic of events
Sadly we have all seen too many families left to face this0 -
Me again
Di Humbled by your words and ongoing strength

Good morning all, blue sky AGAIN
Durham, it is very hard. My cousin took his life quite a few years ago. He was schizophrenic and had taken a knife to his mother among other things, he was a voluntary in-patient and in one of his more lucid moments decided he did not want to carry on like that, the medication had never really worked and he faced a life in an institution or out and a danger to others. He saw it as an unselfish act, and maybe it was, but he jumped from a river bridge, someone saw it and jumped in after him. My cousin broke his neck and died but the other guy ended up paralyzed.
Please Durham, whatever you do, do not skirt round the topic. Talking is needed, they will need to talk it out, they do not need people avoiding the subject. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
So very sorry to hear your sad news durham.
Your whole family will be looking for answers and clues to why it happened. Lots of "what ifs" and daisy chain moments sending them off in the wrong direction:o
More often than not there are no answers and that can be so hard to live with:o
I feel desperately sad for you all. :ATo do is to be. Rousseau

Durham, so sad for your family.
I always think that someone must have been in a great deal of pain and that only by ending their life can the pain end. My OH says that it is a 'moment of madness'.
Whatever it is, it is important that you all come together and work through the emotions together, especially as there are children involved x100
