You sure? My wife gets just a wee bit annoyed at how quickly i can lose weight compared to her :o

I've lost 48lbs now! But going on holiday on thursday for 10 days might put a few of those back on.

At least i got my kilt on comfortably for the first of this summers weddings last night. That was the target

thats about my average weight loss as well - takes six weeks to loose one pound. Ive just had to resign myself to this. But in spite of this very depressing slow loss I am still down 14lbs from my very worse weight and I can honestly say I am a 14 in most things except some shirts and tops. Still very top heavy.
I have about 6 underbed boxes with stored summer clothes - many have not been out for years as we have had only very short summers. Its been interesting though getting things out to try as quite a few old favourites now fit again!
    Well done both of you:T:T

Don't forget you can spend them on Ebay too.

Good idea and sometimes you get bonus nectar points for ebay purchases :)

We came back from the shops to find a massive deep hole in the middle of the cranesbill bed - this is a side strip of garden next to the house, hawthorn hedge, trees and quite shady and dry and not much grows here apart from foxglove seedlings, cranesbill and things that like dryness and neglect. No idea why we didnt hear anything last night with all of the bedroom windows open - OH said its def a badger as the ground is rock hard and only a badger could dig through. As far as we know there are no badger sets in the fields behind us and we have never seen them at night on the local roads.
THere is a bird feeding station there as well with food dropped on the floor so there are rodents in the undergrowth. We thought that was what the badger was after at first glance. Firstly I thought the badger has done us a favourite as I now have a hole to plant a shrub in :D
Then when I went for a look myself there was masses of what looked like honeybees in the hole and on the ground.
These Ive been told are actually mining bees and they make deep brood chambers in the ground so the badger smelt the honey and he was digging for it!

    For me to ;)

Perhaps the DW should sell me something and I should pay with points on one of the days when there are20% voucher codes floating around - not as good as double up and return but they keep trying to crack down on that....
    I think....

Yes, where is Chris packham when you need him.

I am hoping they will set up home elsewhere -I have great plans for that hole :) In fact I am wondering if I smear a dab of honey on places where I would like the beds dug over I might be able to get the digging badger to oblige :)
