Please if anyone looks through the Metro newspaper regularly, could they shout on here if there's any MaccyD coupons inside? (I can get to a railway to pick up myself)

Or WH Smith McD ones please?.. (my WHS don't do them now) I will cover any postal costs. Thanks.

We did the tip that was on here a few days ago.
Buy the cheapest thing for the receipt, or womble one. Add any random numbers on the dashes, big m and fries for 1.99. Collect order then repeat. thanks to whoever posted before.

It's 29C here. I was planning on running home but I'm reconsidering. I might just go with cycling, that's hot enough but at least you get a bit of a breeze!

cafe Nerd from noon tomorrow, wish they would add the chilled fruity drinks in the offer.

Our Neros ran out of ice on Saturday
We went in for 2 of the iced drinks as per the 0002 BOGOF offer - at least £3.95 was saved so at least that's something :(

It really does help to talk to somebody who is outside the situation and non judgemental.

Despite my training I used to poo poo all of that "mamby pamby" counselling stuff, then I saw what a difference it made to DH.
Then, after being physically very unwell I needed it myself, first counsellor .. totally no go, but that was through work and I see now what was wrong, using your lunch hour for counselling, 'cos you have to is never going to work!

Ended up with one through GP, at first ergh! when she laid out stones and shells and scarves I knew what she was after, 'who is your rock etc' didn't have the energy to tell her to f off! but we got there, I got my life, brain and will to live back and she , eventually got a thank you card and some posh 1p chocs and bodyshop stuff. I always look upon the elite as having a big share in my recovery.

Sorry, I've prattled about me, but Durham, you know we are thinking of you.

Our Morries had next to no fizzy water on Saturday... must be due to the CO2 shortage.

ON COS and on Q clicksnappy the Foraging fox is back for 2 days

£1.75 if purchased in Waitrose where its £3.49
£1.10 if purchased in Sainsburys where its £2.20

Also 50p cashback Yeo Valley Little Yeo's Organic Yogurt - Fruity Favourites the bigger 90g size - up to 3 packs
Tesco 2 for £3 might compare to the sada price of £1 each if you were doing a comparison shop and if so it would work out at 50p for four 90g pots which is not too bad - if you have totally run out of yogurt!

Q also has Happy Down with £1.50 cashback but only one can - COS allows 12 but its only £1 cashback - finishes today unless it renews

Mr T sent me conditional spends today for £20 spends

I will echo that GP recommended a charity but I got someone who blamed all my problems on childhood issues He was about 25 and could not relate to how things that matter now did not then

Ie In his opinion poor Christmas gifts/birthdays etc Really we did not know we were poor We were all the same

Second person was CBT I loved her and openly talk about how these things have helped me

    Its good to share :T

    Sorry I've been AWOL.

Any paypal experts on here? I have money in a paypal account in Canadian Dollars. Anyone know a way to get it out or at least into £s without incuring large fees.

Sorry silvercar I have no idea :(
