I was brave today and tried scanning my apg and receipt - and totally b'eed it up ! I don't know what the till did but it gave me 9p change on my yoghurt shop (£11) when I hadn't actually put any money in just an apg for around £8.50. Staff had several goes at sorting it and the till just kept kicking out a few pence change so had to take it all to CS for them to sort it manually. They said the new self service tills are worse than the old ones and that I should only use apg vouchers at manned tills. Ths real progress !

I bought Corners today and think I was getting mixed up with another store. No new tills for us.

    That is remarkably like me!

I went to meet someone about potential work... and realised I had left my glasses at home...Boyes to the rescue but I think they were £10 which is  when home bargains sell them for a few pound!

Not on mine sadly - I wonder if this is going to be like the free chocolate, says she hopefully :D

Happy Downs have got more cashback - £1.50 but sadly still only one of each flavour

Because I had it on both accounts I assumed it was for everyone.

I picked up a couple and it's tracked on both Q and TCB:T

There are some nice places, if you have not left the area yet I recommend the pipe and glass inn (lovely and rather good value for Michelin Star) and a day in Beverley.

Thanks but i'm home now ssm.
Only stayed 3 nights, went mainly for the Open Air Theatre on Sunday night.

I fancy Beverley next time, as I noticed in one of the hotel magazines all the trendy stuff was from shops there.

    Morning all
Has anyone successfully appealed a parking ticket? Can you please pm me?
    Thank you.

If you are the owner of the car, they have to prove that you were driving it at the time. If not, then you can say that you weren't sure who was driving when it was parked. ;) The onus is on them to find out. There are several templates on MSE to help you to do this.

Someone over on another forum said that their celery did not have a best before date on in tesco today. Has their new plan started all ready. Hope not!

Most random shop, nothing in separate sections, it just all merges into one.
