Pippo...I bought 2 pairs of chinos in next sale a while back...£4 each...thought they would be ok around the house. Both were faulty when I received them. I emailed Next CS and just said that although they were cheap I did not expect them to be faulty...it was a nice email (you get more with sugar than you do vinegar ;) They offered me like for like replacements at the sale price! So I got 2 pairs of £25 chinos for £4 each..........so I would definitely send them an email.

I think I am slowly being driven mad.

The gas mains around our way are being replaced. After breaking through the tarmac they are using a large vacuum extractor, it is fast and efficient but it makes a horrible high pitched noise.

They started at 08:30 this morning and are still going now, and that %$&*(*~# has just started up again.

I wouldn't mind so much if they had started working this long, they started further down the road a few weeks ago and seemed to be working about 10:00 to 15:00 at the time, apparently having some problems.

If it goes on much longer I think I shall scream. I was planning on staying in tomorrow, got to clean out the cage and do a few other bits, but I seriously cannot stay in all day if this noise continues.

Not many whoopsies tonight but I did get enough 10p bread to fill the freezer and a pack of bream:)

Also picked up a receipt at Teskies for cider in the 3 for £5.25 offer. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's the Mout as I've submitted it:rotfl:

Also 2 receipts where clubcard hasn't been used.....nearly £1 worth:)

:(:( I can hear your noise

Our houses were sent letters from Network Rail saying they would be working in the yard (20 yards away) after 10.30pm until 5am for the next few nights...
Last night I swear they were cutting the rails up into 1000 1" pieces :o
Along with the chain on the crane being clashed against the metal ...

There's a host of free drinks on Shopmium. I was hoping before I checked that I could get them all in S and use up a conditional spend.

But it's not to be. All places i don't shop at:o
