Morning all
Tried to pay my Amex bill the other day and got a message saying it had not been possible to complete the transaction and to try again. So I tried again and it went through ok the second time. Checked my bank account this morning and it has gone through twice
More crap to deal with :mad:0 -
Poor soul had his watch stolen. allegedly worth between £5k and £15k. Newsworthy because "he" was robbed A tenth of that money would have put a lot of us in financial distress.
Could someone explain to me why people buy these sort of things, to me a watch is for telling the time. Bought mine 10 years ago with clubcard points at Goldies, £100 would have been the cash price. It is solar and , well, tells the time. Is it vanity or is it wanting others to be envious? I lack understanding of how people think, but have a strong regard for social justice. Could anyone here walk down the street wearing such a watch and see people who are obviously in need?
End of wee rant. Will check Son offer later in the morning.0 -

I put a couple of Robinsons in my trolley too. Couldn't be bothered to go through SS with all those little boxes so went through a manned till and she refused to accept the coupons as they were for the wrong product. She was right too:rotfl: I said I wouldn't bother then:rotfl:
I actually went to T to see if they had any bashed and bruised boxes for my next soir!e .....which they did. I put Badger/ Ferret beer, Strongbow cider and Coors in my trolley. Walked up the beer aisle and promptly walked back and put them back in the cage They weren't cheap....just priced pro rata for missing items:oimage upload without registration

Morning all - Not been about much lately had soo much going on its been ridiculous!! We are also reducing a few bits here and there in our SD as we have an audit next week so all old/discontinued stock needs to be gone. I'm chocka block with a cold at the mo so that's not helping. I've also done another couple of courses for my voluntary work, am starting on hospital ward 14th june! Not seen a glitch for ages lol Off to work this morning see what today brings x0

The Robinsons from a while back. They'll in date until July but to get the free squash you need to find it at £1. The coupon is actually for Creations squash but I've managed to get a few ordinary ones;)To do is to be. Rousseau
